This is a great place when traveling and looking for a place like home,clean food and drink amenities fantastic, the refrigerator could use more coldness but was okay for my meds over night,our stay was just to get to our destination the next morning, I brought my dog and the 20 $ charge was acceptable, over all I will tell my friends about this hotel

So like I said about the fridge it was not cold enough,we had a two queen beds and both squeak every time we move,one bed was worst than the other,my son said he felt sleep deprived,this comfort inn says pet friendly and it is but you have no place to add the dog or pet on your web sight for a reservation our room was #317 it's an ADA room May I add I never give the top or 10 ranking because there is always room for improvement

I travel with my dog frequently all over the West. This stay at the Comfort Inn was by far the best. The staff who checked us in the evening of 12/29 were incredibly helpful. They treated my dog Hamish like he had just won Westminster. My husband was impressed with the breakfast the hotel offered. It was by far the best offering we have seen in a while. There were plenty of places for me to take my dog outside to potty. The cherry on top was the price. Normally we stay in Laramie. However, this time when I went to book the room it was $315 instead of $140. Even with the pet fee we were under that price. So, Comfort Inn will now be our hotel of Choice when we travel to the Midwest.

Mike, at the Front desk was friendly, accommodating and gave so much information. Location was very easy to find. Pool and breakfast hours are extended in comparison to all other hotels we've stayed at. Breakfast options are fantastic. Eggs, sausage (delicious) waffles, yogurt ( even greek), cereal, toast, fruit. Bedding is exceptional and so comfy. I would definitely stay here again. Only one comment and it has NOTHING to do with this hotel. If you are bringing pets (we did), please, please, PLEASE, pick up after them. You should have your own pet poop bags. Every review on every hotel that I will comment on will mention this. Be a respectful pet owner!!!!! especially to the hotels you stay at!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The place was clean and in a good location. They have cookies, popcorn and lemon water in the lobby for their guests. And the price of the room is very affordable!

The showers need to be cleaned a little better. The corners of the showers inside and out were pretty dirty. Other then that, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. As far as the pool, the water was cold, and the next time we stayed the hot tub was not working.

I had simple request an end room that was quiet. I needed to reset myself and the staff accommodated my request. The fresh popcorn and fresh made cookies were a wonderful touch! The location was accessible to many eateries, shops and roadway accesses.

There was an off side entrance/exit by my room that made it easy to take my dog out to go to the bathroom. I requested an end unit that was quiet and the gentleman obliged by request. Thank you!

Excellent staff and customer care at the site! Everyone was so kind and helpful. Breakfast was YUM. Bed was very comfortable and the room and other facilities were absolutely spotless. Hard to remember a time I've been in a hotel THAT clean.

The hot water took a really long time to come on and the water pressure was meh. I was in rm 417. The shaking from the laundry room was wild. Felt like the building was about to fall down. 🤣

I loved how close this property was to a lot of things. At most a five minute drive to get to any food.

I think maybe they could do a better job about picking up the dog poo in the back. It’s not horrible, but it needs to be get done. Also, maybe take out other surrounding trashes in the back. The pool says heated however it was freezing cold.

Breakfast was great, fresh, replenished, and clean. There was a very nice variety of items and the staff was gracious, helpful, and smiling. That's a great way to start the day on a fantastic note. Thanks.

The two TVs not being synced was irritating. I would have liked to have had the Water station in the lobby in the morning as well as in the afternoon.

The night manager was great. She tried repeatedly to fix the non-functional remote control for the TV without success. The problem obviously was not her fault but she really tried to take care of the problem.

The TV remote did not function. Watch more cartoons on "Boomrang" than we've seen in decades.

I am finicky about hotels I stay in but this place was exceptional. Extremely clean and staff very friendly

I think the breakfast could have been better but I will admit that I was late getting to breakfast
