The Location was alright. The staff was very good helping with numerous issues. Wifi was very good. The Trip around the island organized by the Manager was great ask for the tour guide Jimmy . Supermarket was close enough.

The rooms are very old and not well maintained. No idea where the 4 Stars come from. To many issues to list.

The staff are amazing, they're friendly, warming and very kind. Our apartment was spacious and we had a superb view over the pool, restaurant and lagoon. We liked the easy access to the lagoon and was able to kayak one day.

We could not access the TV channels due to Efate TV system being upgraded. This took 5 days and we would have liked to have watched the Olympics at night.

I liked the location of Tropicana Lagoon, very convenient to visit the main area in Port Vila with the market, businesses, near to the coastal walk by transport, near to some nice restaurants. I loved the view from my room directly to the lagoon, and the balcony was nice to take a coffee enjoying the landscape.. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant is convenient to get some meals there at night or the breakfast. The pool is nice. The decoration and white colours on the walls plus the green from the nature, give a relaxing feeling. Everything was clean and they have staff cleaning and tidying your room.

WiFi was not good, so if someone has to work some hours or study, get your own data, or check it out in advance.

The facility, microwave doesn't work...hot water plays up..room was only clean once during my 3 nights stay..I have to request the cleaning to be done 3 times for it to be done once

Food wasn't the best and took a long time to be cooked at the restuarant

Great communication with manager Kim, super friendly staff, amazing location - not far from Port Vila, garden is beautiful and clean. We were surprised by delicious food at their restaurant. That was a great choice and we will recommend it to everyone!

We had a 2 bedrooms apartments with very nice view on swimming pool, and canal.

A little bit noisy at the beginning of the day

Loved my stay. In a beautiful location. Staff are incredible and go above and beyond for you. Can’t wait to come back
