The room was clean and spacious. It’s a short walk to the town but the hotel provides free bikes and you can rent a scooter for a reasonable price. The hosts are very friendly.

The noise from the road is loud. We had booked a Mountain View. When we got there we did have a beautiful room but it was at the front of the property which I don’t think was the Mountain View one. The room looks onto the road and drivers drive by at all times honking their horns. Night buses driving past are particularly bad.

Every morning, it was so nice to have auntie say hello and make a nice breakfast. I was feeling sad about something at work before I came but seeing her and the other friendly staff members who helped set up my bike and the room was wonderful! Also, a staff member drove out to get me when there was an issue with my bike - thank you, em!

The chair was a bit difficult to fit under the wooden desk where the chair is meant to be. But that's a small matter.

The location is very quiet compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at. Very clean. The free breakfast offerings were a great way to start the day ,something different each morning. I liked this hotel enough to stay an extra day just to relax and enjoy the area. The staff here are exceptional. The employees working here are the most pleasant, helpful & accommodating that I have encountered during my visit to Vietnam. The free breakfast, free use of bicycles and laundry service are very much appreciated. The assistance provided by the young man at the reception desk was exemplary. He went beyond being helpful by arranging transportation and lodging for my travel to Hanoi. Travelers will be very happy with their time spent here.

Construction work going on next to the hotel. Pipes were being laid directly in front of hotel at the time and had to walk on planks of wood to get to hotel.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-decorated with a charming local touch. I loved waking up to the serene view of the surrounding landscape every morning The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always going out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable stay. They were happy to provide tips and directions, making sure I didn’t miss any of the must-see spots in the area

I recently stayed at Tam Coc Peaceful Hotel, and it was a delightful experience with excellent service. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ninh Binh. The hotel offers stunning views from the room. The accommodations are comfortable and very well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The 24-hour front desk and room service made my stay very convenient. The hotel's location is perfect for visiting nearby attractions.

Extremely clean. We were able to check in at 5am even though check in wasn’t until 2pm as we had arrived of an early sleeper bus. We just had to pay half a night which was definitely worth it as the price was so cheap. Breakfast was nice. Great location

There was construction going on at the time, heavy drilling at 6:30 till 9 am every day which was quite a pain but not the hotels fault.

The hotel is very close to two famous places in Ninh Binh: Hang Mua and Tam Coc, just around 2–5 km away. The room is clean and warmly lit. The receptionist and host are very enthusiastic. If you’re visiting Ninh Binh, you can ask her for food recommendations—she will suggest good places to eat. Additionally, she can help you book tickets for Tam Coc or Trang An if you want to visit. A great place to stay during the trip!

Huge room with a big tv and netflix. The bedroom was comfortable but could have been cleaner there were some hairs on the bathroom and bed but other than that the room was clean. We were able to check in early but this was at an extra cost. This was the first time we experienced a fee for early check in

There was roadworks right outside the hotel which made access pretty difficult

We arrived at 3am and as we walked in the reception area was flooded with bugs which put us off a little bit. We stayed two nights and both mornings we were woken up by the staff. The first morning at 9am to give us clean towels (annoying after a long night on a sleeper bus) and the second time to ask for the scooter key back which we still had for 4 more hours
