the hotel is brand new and the facilities are confortable and beautiful. breakfast has a lot of options for all tastes (occidental and Asian food). the staff is really friendly and the reception girls speak great English so they can give you tips during your stay. they will help you with everything :) the room was very clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable as well. everything was pleasant, is a good option if you like something a bit more exclusive around the area. the location is also perfect, close to the tourist attractions and the restaurants.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Lalita Boutique Hotel & Spa! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special. As soon as they found out we were celebrating, they offered us a free room upgrade without us even asking. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really made us feel welcome. The room was clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. We were also given complimentary drinks, which added a lovely touch to our experience. Every staff member we interacted with was kind, professional, and genuinely caring. The service here is exceptional – warm, personal, and sincere. It’s the kind of hospitality that makes you want to come back again. Highly recommended for couples and anyone looking for a peaceful, memorable stay in Ninh Binh.

We stayed at Lalita Hotel on the 12th-13th April. On arrival the staff were very welcoming and we received a welcome drink and an iced coffee with a fruit platter, which was a really nice touch! There was also complimentary cake and tea located on the swim deck in the afternoon. The receptionist helped us to book a tour for the following day which was very helpful and there was a quick turn around of our laundry which smelt amazing! On return of our tour to collect our bags, the receptionist offered us a spare room to shower and freshen up in before heading off - which we had never been offered at any other properties, and was very much appreciated! Thank you, we enjoyed our stay in Ninh Binh.

Our honeymoon stay at Lalita Hotel in Tam Coc was truly memorable, thanks to the exceptional staff. From the moment Jade reached out before our arrival to ensure everything was perfect, we felt incredibly welcomed. The room decoration, with its beautiful balloons and flowers, was a delightful and thoughtful touch. The staff's kindness and attentiveness were outstanding. The hotel is also a great value and offers a peaceful, quiet escape a little outside the bustling center of Tam Coc. However, light sleepers should note that the room wasn't completely dark, and soundproofing was minimal, leading to early wake-ups. Despite these minor issues, we highly recommend Lalita Hotel for its wonderful service and tranquil atmosphere.

Excellent location, excellent value for money, decent breakfast, good rooms, good shower, everything is very clean. - the staff are always on hand and very helpful. The desk staff are very good at organising things for you such as taxis trips, tours, restaurants and so on and so forth. They know the place well and can advise and guide on the right places and decisions etc. And they also have an incredible taxi driver that works with them called Minh. - I think this place is excellent value for money.

The only thing that I think would be an improvement would be if the hotel could put some mosquito netting on the outside of the bathroom window. That way people could open it either while in the bathroom or generally for the hotel room just to provide a bit more natural air without having to worry about mosquitoes. - other than that, it's definitely a great place to stay.

What a wonderful boutique hotel! The staff is extremely kind, honestly, I've probably only seen such kindness in Bali. We arrived at the hotel at 6 in the morning, they took care to serve us breakfast and as soon as the room got free, we were accommodated. Clean, spacious room (we chose the Junior Suite) and with a superb view of the field lot (if you catch the lotus season). Superb location, close to the street, but still quiet.

The only thing I would notice is the breakfast - not a big choice and it's the same menu every day, but considering it's a local boutique hotel, it was ok.

Comfortable rooms. Great location - walking distance to Tam Coc but next to some beautiful rice paddies. we got a grab to most tourist spots as we don’t ride scooters. The hotel has scooters and bikes to rent for free as well. The staff were very friendly - Thor in particular stood out to us - really friendly and personal service. Lovely rooftop pool and bar to watch sunset.

I feel the cleanliness of our room could be slightly better - we had the duplex suite and it was a bit inconvenient to take the stairs down to the bathroom every time. I would opt for a normal room next time. The stairs could be cleaned better. On the day of checkout the housekeeping team were cleaning our floor when other guests had left from 8am. They were very loud, on their phone on loudspeaker. I had to go out and tell them as we were trying to rest. They have a sauna and jacuzzi which you can book for free for private use - we booked it but left quickly as it didn’t feel clean.

What a gem of a place! Close enough to town for an easy walk but far enough away to actually get some peace and quiet. My room was so spacious and quiet, I almost thought I was the only one there—perfect for some much-needed chill time. The staff were top-notch, especially Thor (yes, Thor), who basically made sure I was sorted from the second I arrived, wielding hospitality like a true superhero. Free bikes? Check. And I even felt confident enough to rent a motorbike without fear of turning into a road warrior. The pool was fantastic, and the rooftop bar? Cheap drinks with a view! If every hotel was like this one, I’d be the happiest traveler around.

My biggest complaint? It’s not about the hotel—it’s about my own stupidity. I rented a motorbike, got a little too excited, and completely ran out of fuel because I was having that much fun. Can’t exactly blame the hotel for my thrill-seeking ways, though, can I? 😎 and they did offer to come an rescue me 😬

We had a wonderful stay at Lalita Boutique Hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making our trip feel extra special. Their local recommendations were spot on, and we relied on their advice heavily. Breakfast was delightful, served in a charming environment with stunning views of the limestone mountains. My kids enjoyed the rooftop pool, and the views over the rice paddies with blooming lotus flowers were beautiful to watch. The hotel offers convenient motorbike rentals and free bicycles, and it's only a short drive to most of the main attractions. The rooms were clean, spacious, and featured balconies with lovely views of the surrounding area. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The hotel’s location is slightly remote, which can actually add to its charm. It creates a relaxed atmosphere, even though it's just a short ride or walk to the main strip if you have the time. The only issue we encountered was with the internet on the 3rd floor, which was almost non-existent. We had to go to the lobby to get a proper connection. It could have just been a temporary issue during our stay, and I didn’t raise it with the staff. Given how helpful they were, I’m sure they would have addressed it. Overall, a great hotel.

The reception and customer relations staff are exceptional. They enthusiastically arrange drivers from Hanoi and in town for visiting attractions. Breakfast is included. It was my second time at the hotel. We took advantage of the Jacuzzi and the sauna. Free with a reservation. A short walk to many restaurants. Day one, we arrived in the afternoon in time to enjoy Trang An boat/cave tour #4 from 2:30-5:30. Day two, early morning at Hoa Lu, Ancient Capital and in the afternoon exploring two temples and village nearby, Bich Dong Pagoda and Bird Valley.
