This is the second time we've stayed at Lalita, it really is a fantastic hotel. Jade and her staff are amazing. Friendly, helpful and kind. The hotel is a 15/20 minute walk to lots of shops and restaurants or a short Grab ride. The facilities at the hotel are first rate, 2 pools, nice bar area and great breakfast. It also has a spa, steam room and sauna all of which we can recommend. The rooms are spacious with comfy beds and great shower. We recommend Lalita to anybody visiting Tam Coc. Once again thank you to Jade, Thor and all the staff.

Excellent location - exceptionally helpful staff. We arrived around 10.30 in the morning after a long train journey and the reception staff organised a room for us to shower in - we were so grateful! We used the jacuzzi, steam and sauna each evening after a long hot days sight seeing and also the pool which had amazing views. Our room was very spacious and comfortable with a lovely balcony. There was plenty of choice at breakfast and the staff went out of their way to cook my omelette the way I like it each morning which I really appreciated.

the hotel is brand new and the facilities are confortable and beautiful. breakfast has a lot of options for all tastes (occidental and Asian food). the staff is really friendly and the reception girls speak great English so they can give you tips during your stay. they will help you with everything :) the room was very clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable as well. everything was pleasant, is a good option if you like something a bit more exclusive around the area. the location is also perfect, close to the tourist attractions and the restaurants.

Could have had a gym, but everything is really nice!

This is a beautiful property in a nice quiet location just a short grab ride into town and with excellent views over the paddy fields. One of the best places we stayed in our trip in Vietnam. The rooms were excellent and clean. There were free bikes which were in great condition and we used them to go to Mua Cave. The breakfast was great and the roof terrace was great to watch sunset. What makes this hotel though is the staff. They were so friendly, helpful and spoke excellent English. Wendy was amazing at breakfast and throughout our stay. I would highly recommend.

Minor criticism, but when we were there the pool was a bit murky.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Lalita Boutique Hotel & Spa! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special. As soon as they found out we were celebrating, they offered us a free room upgrade without us even asking. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really made us feel welcome. The room was clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. We were also given complimentary drinks, which added a lovely touch to our experience. Every staff member we interacted with was kind, professional, and genuinely caring. The service here is exceptional – warm, personal, and sincere. It’s the kind of hospitality that makes you want to come back again. Highly recommended for couples and anyone looking for a peaceful, memorable stay in Ninh Binh.

Our honeymoon stay at Lalita Hotel in Tam Coc was truly memorable, thanks to the exceptional staff. From the moment Jade reached out before our arrival to ensure everything was perfect, we felt incredibly welcomed. The room decoration, with its beautiful balloons and flowers, was a delightful and thoughtful touch. The staff's kindness and attentiveness were outstanding. The hotel is also a great value and offers a peaceful, quiet escape a little outside the bustling center of Tam Coc. However, light sleepers should note that the room wasn't completely dark, and soundproofing was minimal, leading to early wake-ups. Despite these minor issues, we highly recommend Lalita Hotel for its wonderful service and tranquil atmosphere.

Firstly we would like to really thank the team as we went back to the hotel after checkout to reuse the facilities after getting caught in a storm. The team welcomed us back and were really kind and helpful. A big thank you to them all. The hotel was nice and quiet with it's location outside the town. The bikes were really good as well.

The location was a little far from the center for us. But we stayed in the hotel and had a nice traditional meal in their restaurant on the national day. The shower set up was a little different and meant the full bathroom got wet when you used it.

This hotel is modern with a good powerful shower. The breakfast had lots of choice to choose from and the breakfast area had lovely views. We use the free Hotel bicycles to ride to Hang Mua. I found all the staff very professional special Wendy who was a joy to chat with. Even with my few minor negative comments i would stay here again.

The hotel is a bit far out from town but once they have finished the roadworks the walk into town should be easier. I think the safe in the room should be fixed down into the wardrobe so if feels more secure

We stayed at Lalita Hotel on the 12th-13th April. On arrival the staff were very welcoming and we received a welcome drink and an iced coffee with a fruit platter, which was a really nice touch! There was also complimentary cake and tea located on the swim deck in the afternoon. The receptionist helped us to book a tour for the following day which was very helpful and there was a quick turn around of our laundry which smelt amazing! On return of our tour to collect our bags, the receptionist offered us a spare room to shower and freshen up in before heading off - which we had never been offered at any other properties, and was very much appreciated! Thank you, we enjoyed our stay in Ninh Binh.

Excellent location, excellent value for money, decent breakfast, good rooms, good shower, everything is very clean. - the staff are always on hand and very helpful. The desk staff are very good at organising things for you such as taxis trips, tours, restaurants and so on and so forth. They know the place well and can advise and guide on the right places and decisions etc. And they also have an incredible taxi driver that works with them called Minh. - I think this place is excellent value for money.

The only thing that I think would be an improvement would be if the hotel could put some mosquito netting on the outside of the bathroom window. That way people could open it either while in the bathroom or generally for the hotel room just to provide a bit more natural air without having to worry about mosquitoes. - other than that, it's definitely a great place to stay.
