Our whole stay was amazing! The family are actually the nicest people we have ever met! Me and my partner arrived and I was very poorly with food poisoning and they got me to a doctor to make sure I was okay and kept checking on me and keeping me hydrated. I can’t even express how thankful we are for them they were so kind and made us feel like family unfortunately we weren’t able to eat tea with them due to been so ill but we would have loved too ! The whole family are so nice and welcoming we couldn’t recommended staying here enough to everyone!!!

I cannot praise this homestead enough. During my two months between Thailand and Vietnam, my stay here was one of the best highlights of my trip. The area is close enough to all of the highlights and restaurants to be convenient, but just far enough away to remain quiet and relaxing once your back in your room. They have bicycles and motorbikes available for exploration. The family who owns it was so sweet and helpful. They went out of their way to make me feel like part of their family. They were very giving and I will definitely stay here again if ever I am back in Ninh Binh.

The hosts were so kind and treated us like members of the family. They gave us a delicious "snack" upon arrival which was basically a small meal and provided us recommendations for places to go through google translate. They provided us breakfast (no choice, however we asked to have something different and they provided) They also helped us with bus transfers. It was a very loving environment.

Hosts were very well meaning but could be a but forceful with their love (think a very insistent grandmother), asking us where we were going every time we left the house and insisting that our itinerary was wrong. While we appreciated the care, we found this quite intense. Also, our bathroom had an open windows (no glass) so it was essential that our bathroom door remained shut so our room didn't fill with mosquito's.

one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed in vietnam- the family is really wonderful- the grandparents gave us candy for our bus and they took care of us when sick. Truly felt like staying at our family friends home. Really like the area- 20 minutes walk to tam coc centre (there were bikes to rent if you prefer for a cheap price) but there are many restaurants near by that are GREAT and way better price then in tam coc centre.

The family were incredibly helpful, kind and welcoming! Could not rate highly enough! 100% my favourite homestay so far! The food was delicious - we arrived late in the evening and had cooked a dinner for us. We were able to have breakfast there too, along with a family dinner Had the pleasure of being involved in family karaoke and watching the kids dance along too which was really sweet We were able to rent motorbikes and pedal bikes for really good prices

The reviews are right. We only stayed two nights and didn't have a lot of time to connect but the family is very friendly welcoming and smiley. They always gave us water and snacks. Communication was easy with Google Translate. They were ready to help with booking a transport. Made us great vegetarian food. The room was nice and clean. We rented a motorbike from them and they even offered us raincoats because the weather was not good.

-It was on the main street (but the room was not noisy, so it´s ok) -The motorbike we rented did not have the best breaks (you never get amazing motorbikes when you rent from your hotel in Vietnam)

Thiem and family are extremely welcoming and kind hosts. They helped us with various guides and rented us a scooter for local sightseeing. The breakfast Thiem and grandpa cooked for us was sooo filling and delicious we regretted not staying another night! Thiem also helped with arranging transport from his doorstep to our Hotel in Ha Noi, and it was perfect. We could not have done that without his help. The room is exactly like in the photos, clean, bright and spacious. This place is an extreme example of value for money.

Wished we had a wardrobe or cabinet or table to keep things in the room but not at all an inconvenience.

Some of the warmest and friendliest people we met on our 3 month is SE Asia. The family doesn't really speak English, but that didn't stop them from having full conversations with us through voice translate! The breakfast was different and delicious every morning, good wifi, and absolutely comfortable room and bed! The weather was quite bad during our stay, so we could see/do much...but the family was so open and willing to help with anything that it made our time in Ninh Binh so memorable! We hope to come back and see them again some day :)

My time at Tam Coc White Swan Homestay was wonderful. The entire family took such a great care of me, from the food they made for me, to making sure I was staying hydrated and just always welcoming me with a big smile and trying to help me, whatever I needed. It was such an amazing experience. Thank you so much for being so wonderful to me and welcoming me into your home!

Authentic homestay. Everyone in the house was super friendly and was always taking care of us. We could really feel treated not as a tourist but family. We have the dinner with the whole family and it was super nice: the food was super tasty and we could chat and share with everyone. The removed the language barrier with their friendliness and Google translate ;) The room was comfortable and we could access to everything from there, either with taxi, bike or just walking. There are few nice cafes and restaurants need by. Extremely recommended
