Staff is exceptional, always friendly, smiling, able to help with anything. Bikes are in great shape.

The facilities, staff, Breakfast and location was excellent. We stayed for a total of 3 nights and the highlight was how attentive the staff were during our stay. We booked 2 days worth of private tours through the Hotel and were not disappointed. The days were filled with amazing things to see and do. With a private tour from within Ninh Binh we were able to get to all the major activities and sights before the buses arrived from Hanoi City, so very few people (if any) were there, which made for a far more enjoyable experience and photos. We utilised the Spa there and found that to be excellent value and great quality also. Every aspect of our stay here exceeded our expectations. Very professional and attentive team.

The staff were very friendly and the room was comfortable. Short walk to the main area of the town.

Unfortunately there were noisy people staying on the same floor as us and the doors are not soundproof so we could hear the loud people returning to their rooms at night. Shower is also over a bath and was not easy to get in and out of.

The staff is exceptional here. Annie interacted with us alot and made sure all our needs were met. The property and rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. The giftshop is a wonderful touch selling local embroidered scarfs, silk clothing, and other souvenirs. The male massage therapist gave me a great 90 minute bamboo massage. I really liked the coffee served during breakfast, and they let me know the brand. The location is also close by to all the attractions, Tam Coc, Bich Dong, Thung Nham, Hang Mua. I can’t wait to come back to this property because of the staff treating us like family!

Great location - short walk or cycle into the main town. Buffet breakfast was great. Lots of options and fresh food. Staff were very friendly and happy to help with tips and organise day tours.

The shower head wasn’t suitable for the bath tub. Whenever you turned on the shower water leaked down the sides of the bathtub and wet the floor and bath Mat. But wasn’t a huge issue has the hotel room was serviced everyday.

the staff was really great. Especially Miss Annie did an excellent job and was at the top of everything, whatever info and services we needed. Breakfast fast very good, I liked also the pool.

Because of the rather limited options of good hotels in Ninh Binh, the hotel was target for large tourist groups.

Everything was exceptional, staffs are so nice and helpful, they even ask us for things that we are about to ask, the interior design of the hotel is stunning that catches me at first sight, charming hand embroidery pictures and cozy atmosphere. I even take home 6 hand- embroidered pictures and cute stuffs in the souvenir shop. Rooms are so clean and spacious which has a amazing mountain view. Breakfast is served with plenty of fresh and yummy dishes.

I just wish to have more snacks there on the table

Everything was good.! Bedding, pillows are super comfy! We had an amazing guide for our private tour, which we booked in hotel, really happy with a tour! Location is great to go for shopping and food!

Vietnamese spring rolls in restaurant was not the best 😁

The hotel is in a great location close to the centre of the small town. There was a great coffee shop, craft beer garden and Banh Mi shop really close to the hotel and the rest of town was only a 5-minute walk away. The suite was huge and the pool was big too.

The hotel has a slightly strange vibe. It feels a little run down in parts. The masseurs in the spa seemed inexperienced. The garden felt a bit tired and doesn't have the sun loungers and swing you see in the pictures. The hotel does have charm, was clean, and is in a great location.

It's in a walkable location from the town, taxi drivers seem to know where it is and we had a room with a view of the mountains. Room facilities were good, warm water and bathtub. Tea and coffee shop near the hotel.

Nothing much to do around there except bars. No shuttle services to the attractions and while you can grab to the different locations, note that there's no GRAB service back from the Mua Cave.
