Review is based on value for money. We spent 2 nights here and were welcomed in at 04:00 by the receptionist (we emailed ahead of our arrival). The hotel and location were good overall, and we were upgraded to a VIP suite at no extra cost at the discretion of the manager. The lobby area and room were clean.

The pool had a film of dust/debris on it when we arrived. This was cleaned halfway through the next day, which made it look more presentable. The pool area is shaded and a little dated. Communicating what I would like for breakfast was difficult on the 1st day with the chap who worked there. the 2nd day was easier with the lady manager. Breakfast was basic but functional.

We travelled as a couple and had an amazing stay in this hotel. We arrived at 5am after a night bus and Thuy, the hotel owner, allowed us to check in straight away so we could get some sleep. Our room was big and had a Mountain View. We also had a large flat screen TV with Netflix. The breakfast was really tasty. It is only a short 10 minute walk into Tam Coc centre but there are many restaurants and cafes beside the hotel too. You can rent bicycles and scooters from the property which is a lovely to explore the surrounding areas.

The hotel has very good facilities. Lovely breakfast, comfortable beds, warm shower, swimming pool, comfortable seating areas! The staff were what made it for myself and my sister! They are absolutely amazing! A home away from home! Couldn't recommend enough!

The host was brilliant, she was helpful and always attentive to our needs. This is the first time we’ve stayed in a hotel/home stay on our trip and I can say it’s been by far our best experience for accommodation. Great location, great facilities, clean and spacious modern rooms and friendly staff. BONUS the food attached to the hotel is also top tier.

Good location, although we didn't think so at first. It looks like there isn't much around, but it's only 5-10 mins walk into the main town. Staff were very nice, the breakfast was decent, and the room was comfy.

We hired bikes from here that were on the older side and had a problem with one of them but someone helped us on the side of the road and it was fine after that. We even used the same ones the next day and had no problem.

Location was a little further away from the centre of the town. There were eating places close-by. A 3*hotel, the room was clean and bright. The owner was very helpful and there was always a smile on her face. Took a fair amount of trouble to make us comfortable.

The breakfast coffee and fruit juice was good but not the meal. Rather tatty and dirty menu cards. I stayed for 3 nights and the breakfast was not at all tasty. Further room for improvement

We liked everything and this is probably our favourite stay in Vietnam. Owner was fantastic and went above and beyond to make us comfortable and have a good experience. Hotel is clean and modern, as for now even expanding but we got upgraded to another room so we wouldn’t be disturbed by the construction work. Breakfast was splendid and served fresh, there are bicycles and motorbikes for rent. There’s laundry service and the owner will even help you with bus and surely any other activities you want to do. It’s close to the buzz of Tam Coc but still outside so you’ll have a peaceful stay.

Nothing, just wish we had stayed longer

The bed in the dorm was very large. Had good facilities. Very pretty surroundings. The woman who has the place was very kind. Tam Coc center is at a walkable distance and there are great vibes.

The bed was very hard, felt like I was laying on a rock with a blanket on. One night I came home late and all the doors were locked, so I could not get in, but I had not been informed of any curfew.

The room was big, clean, and with no issues at all. We liked the location which is pretty close to the center of Tam Coc but quite area. The staff helped us with transfer booking, great laundry, and offered help in everything we needed.

Not a lot of options for breakfast, and we didn't really enjoy it.

New to traveling and needed a place to rest on late notice. This place was easy to find and get to. Surprisingly good dorm beds which match my likes from back home, and they have nice curtains. Staff and lady at front desk were very friendly. Free breakfast, water, and coffee was very nice too.
