I had a very pleasant stay at Cocoon Hotel. The owner of the hotel is around all the time and she makes every effort to make your stay extremely pleasant. She is very energetic with a very big smile. I’m sure she’s a person that you would enjoy meeting. It’s extremely close to the center of town which I would say is way too noisy to want to stay in that area. So this is great. The breakfast is included and is huge. You can rent motorbikes if you choose but you can use free bicycles that are on the property which I used the first day. The following day I rented from the hotel a motorbike which had no problems. I definitely would stay here again and I hope to someday return to this area. There is much to see and it would be fun to be here during a different season of the year.

Great host, very friendly and helpful. They allowed a late check-out without additional costs. Free bicycle available which we appreciated. In general good value for money.

Room could have been cleaner. The floor was always a bit wet, especially in the bathroom. Breakfast is ok, but you can't choose what you want (we got bread with eggs while a vietnamese couple next to us got a noodle soup).

We were able to check in early after our sleeper bus arrived 2-3 hours earlier than expected which allowed us to have a shower and get a good 4 hours sleep before checking out Tam Coc. The hostess was lovely and helped us where she could. Breakfast was basic at first, but we asked for a fruit salad bowl with yoghurt and a bowl of just fruit and that was pretty good. By far the best place we've stay for value for money and comfort. Tam Coc pier was only a 10-15 minute walk away. The hotel offered free bikes, which made cycling to the centre only 7 minutes or so. Bich Dong and Hang Mua were close enough to cycle to, about 10-15 minutes, respectively. The view from our room was amazing, it looked out over the rice patties. We were upgraded to the king room and the bed was super comfortable and the room was nice and spacious.

Really nice breakfast, also a lot. Staff was really friendly. Beds were comfortable and soft. Renting a scooter was super easy and cheap via the hotel. The free bicycles were also great to have.

Clean and comfortable. Host lady was absolutely fantastic, we run out of cash and all the ATMs were empty but she promptly found a solution with a smile as we were panicking. Location is just perfect, we didn’t realise that Tam Coc is a big party town which is really not our vibe and we just wanted a chill couple of days admiring our surroundings.

Amazing and beautiful hotel, 2 minutes on motorcycle from the center (which you can rent from here). You can take free bicycles. The pool is also nice. They let us stay in the lobby and take shower before the bus.

Really nice staff and good location. The food also was really good and plenty.

The was no window to the outside, it was facing to the lobby. We were not aware of that when wet booked. The room could use some more furnishing.

The pool was not really well kept and was indoors but it didn’t matter because the weather was yucky anyways so no one wanted to use it

The accommodation is very close to tourist attractions. Convenient to move. The owner booked a car for us from Hanoi and booked a car for us to go to Ha Long, which was wonderful. Thanks
