All rooms are very spacious. Nice breakfast. Incredible view (we stayed on 10th floor) - you can see the entire Ho Tay and Truc Bach lakes (I'm attaching a photo from my room's window to this review). The hotel is located right on the Thanh Nien street - very close to tourist locations in Ha Noi. Just 5 minutes on motorcycle to Old Quarter and to Lang Bac and other pagodas / locations. We ended up staying at this hotel twice during our visit to Vietnam!

Only one key per room, so you have to share the key. Also, a minor detail for those who are not familiar with Vietnam - you have to turn on the water heater, otherwise you'll have cold showers :(

The Location was the top 1 reason for me. The view from the Corner room was incredible. I love it 2nd thing would be the Breakfast being very good and tasty enough. 3rd thing would be the pricing being nice.

I think the breakfast range could be extended to offer a bigger varierty of dish. But I enjoy the current range. Would be lovely if the rooftop bar can be finished for a better time up there. The lobby might need a bit more decoration to feel a bit less empty.

When I arrived, the reception did not have my Booking.com booking. Luckily I had a printout of the confirmation. The staff were very friendly and found a room which was an upgrade to my original booking at no extra cost. I was given an apartment with two rooms with a spectacular view of West Lake. Every time I entered the hotel, the staff would welcome me by my first name. I was surprised how they remembered. The breakfast was good and filling, unfortunately the menu seems to be same every morning. Had an enjoyable stay in Hanoi. On a Seperate Note : Use Grab App to get a taxi in Hanoi, I got scammed when a taxi driver on the road said pay on the meter. I paid VND 260,000 for a ride which is usually VND 50,000 on Grab . Avoid “meter” taxis the meter is rigged.

Beatifull apartment

Everything about the Hotel. Been there 6-7 times and always happy with the hotel quality.

Nothing really. Except that the guests should be careful not to drop anything under the bed or behind the bed. I did drop my Apple Pencil there into the crack, and it was impossible to get it out. But that was unfortunate, not the hotel's fault.

Great location with views over the lake. I was given an upgrade to a huge room so more than enough space. Thank you! Breakfast options are sufficient. I was given a packed breakfast when I needed to leave early one morning.

The bed is extremely hard. There were no bedside lamps or light switches, so very bright room light. Somewhat noisy from traffic.

The staff is just so lovely. They helped me out a lot with many things. I was also very satisfied about the cleanness, breakfast, soundproofing. I would book again, if I come back to Hanoi.

Big rooms, breakfast quite good and friendly staff. Left my baggage there for a week with valuables and nothing was stolen which was great.

For the price the room and hotel is actually very average. I think there may be better in Hanoi, however the price may have been high as it was around TET festival time.

The staff is nice and helpful. My room is clean, big and comfortable with the kingsize bed. From the hotel, I can walk along the lake and visit some famous places nearby and I can avoid the heavy traffic compared to staying at hotels in Old Quarters.

It’s so professional and kind, friendly staff !! Very nice breakfast.The room is big and have very comfortable bed and pillow ! The shower is totally new ! It’s one of the best hotel with good price .The location is excellent! Next to the hotel the lake and some cafes . Very quite and nice location.
