Room is exactly as shown in the pictures = clean, tidy, and pleasantly fragrant. The staff are friendly, speak good English (and can translate into many languages), make you feel at home, respect your privacy, and are always ready to help with any questions. Right in front of the hotel gate are plenty of eateries and a lively street, day and night = perfect for souvenir photos and with easy bus access to anywhere in the city

Japanese room may not be ideal for elderly guests or anyone over 1.90m, but it’s the most affordable option in the hotel. If the small stairs in the room aren’t comfortable for you, consider upgrading to a Deluxe or Premium room (for just a little more) the staff will be happy to help.

I loved the location between the Opera House and Old Quarter. The staff helped me a lot during my stay. She was really kind, helpful and beautiful as well. I will choose this place if I come again.

Hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was small otherwise it was comfortable, clean, and facility. The hotel is in the heart of quarter streets thus it is convenient and accessible to the famous tourist sites. Especially the staff were welcoming, attentive and helpful . Pretty sure that I will stay there when I visit Ha Noi

The room was small, but it felt incredibly cosy. I stopped by this place and stayed here for the night and it was worth the price. Also, the place is in the central location which makes it a great choice for tourists

The facility is good and clean with an affordable price. The staff is nice. The location is really good. It is near by the city centre and walking streets with lots of famous places and activities. There's also Casa Italia nearby for those who are interested in Italian culture.

The time I visited, the rooftop was open but the bar didn't function. A little bit disappointed. Nothing else to complain.
