Excellent service from check in to departure. Hotel reception was spot on in taking care of our requests (e.g. changing our hotel room so we could stay in a room with a bath), advising us on places to visit and organising our trip to Sa Pa. As our bus to Sa Pa picked us up in the afternoon, they even called to inform us we could check out at 14:00 instead of 12:00. I would highly recommend staying here.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Cititel Hanoi Hotel & Spa, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff, were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. Specially Mr Alex Tran who help me to arranged my tour packages. I amazed with his polite behaviour and punctual services. The location is perfect for exploring Hanoi, with many attractions within walking distance. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment after a day of sightseeing. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Overall, the Grand Cititel Hanoi Hotel & Spa provides exceptional service, a prime location, and luxurious amenities. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi, and I look forward to staying here again on my next trip!

This hotel is a peaceful place, probably because it’s not too close to where all the loud fun happens. But don’t worry, if you want to shop or look around, the market street is just a 10-minute walk away. If you need a ride, getting a taxi is no trouble at all. The people who work at the hotel are really friendly and always ready to lend a hand. When you first see the hotel, it might not look like much from the outside, but once you step in, you’ll find it’s got lots of room. It’s cozy and can fit a lot of people, making it great for groups to stay. The hotel is also a nice place to take some pretty pictures, especially with the full breakfast they serve, which has all kinds of fruits to enjoy. If you’re thinking about checking out Halong Bay, Alex Tran is the guy to talk to. He knows all about the tours and gives great advice. You can book your tour right there at the hotel, which is super convenient. All in all, staying at this hotel is a really good choice. It’s comfortable, friendly, and makes visiting places easy. Definitely worth trying out.

Quiet and location is very convenient.

I had a wonderful vacation here, I would recommend this place to you as a recommended stopover, The room is clean and fully furnished. The room here is very new, the water pressure is strong, the mattress is thick and soft, the blankets and pillows are fragrant and washed. The hotel's common space is also beautifully decorated, the hotel lobby and restaurant are worth a stay. There are also other conveniences when staying here such as location in the old town, near amusement parks, staff are helpful.

I absolutely loved this hotel. It felt very luxurious for a very reasonable price. Beds were really comfy, staff were really helpful and the location was in walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Nhi was very helpful with helping us arrange a shuttle from the airport (highly recommend) and answering any questions we had about the city. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel itself met our needs. Great food, great room, great location and super staff. Very spaciour room especially for Hanoi standards, bed was comfortable. Our room was absolutely sparking clean when we arrival and all the day when stay here, which is highly appreciated. Every staff greeted and treated us well. This hotel was voted the best hotel in Vietnam and we certainly agree. Room was lovely and service from everyone we interacted with was terrific. Want to point out one person in particula Linh who provided great information and service. Food was excellent, a great breakfast buffet as well as an extensive a la carts menu. Also a perfect location away for noise but near the beautiful lake.
