The service was incredible the hostess was very friendly loved chatting with us. We are two you female travelers and it felt like we had a supportive mom who had our backs! She was incredibly kind and it truly made the experience incredible!

Everything was great only complaint was that the booking says balcony, there is no balcony but that was kind of expected. The AC was also very poor so we were a bit warm but otherwise amazing place!

Super convenient location right by the old quarter but away from the hustle and bustle of the main part which meant it was a lot more quiet at night time and the mornings. The facilities were nice and clean and the owner waited up for us to check in after a night bus.

The bedding was a bit gross and hard to tell if it was washed or just super old and used. Other than that everything else was clean and tidy

Great place to stay for the money you can’t beat it really. Friendly owner who checked us in early into the morning around 2am couldn’t ask for more for the price. AC was very powerful.

The lady running it was very sweet, the location was great and a massive bed!

The shower situation wasn’t ideal but worth it for the price and for a short stay.

The staff was extremely helpful, very friendly, ready to go an extra mile for you. The location is perfect in the old quarter, very close to the Hoàn Kiếm Lake. The room was spacious, clean, powerful aircon & shower. I felt very well.

Located at the south east end of Lake Hoan Kiem, its also near the Opera House. None of the bustle inside the Old Quarter.

Location was very good. Close and in walking distance to all the main restaurants and markets in Hanoi. Hostel owner was super friendly and accommodating.
