The pool and beach were nice. 4pm foam party was popular for the kids.

Shuttle bus could be more frequent, only has 2 night time options. It was very busy - they needed to clear peoples towels from sunlounges if they had not been used for more than 1/2 an hour like many resorts do.... it meant no one could get a lounge by the pool at any time of day, even though most were not being used. The prices were so over priced (not a little bit that you would just pay, but ALOT) so it meant people just brough in other food and drinks from outside. It's a missed opportunity for the resort.

Stunning location by the beach. Both the pools were incredible. Small fitness room with adequate equipment for a simple workout. Breakfast buffet was huge. Restaurant food excellent. Cocktails amazing- especially by the beach pool! It is a short grab ride into old town (12mins), 5 mins from A bang beach which has restaurants and cafes. Would definitely stay here again!

No water filter to refill bottles- seems a big waste of plastic. Pool was super warm by the afternoon not refreshing at times.

Tu at the front office, Hoa and Vien - made our stay at this hotel absolutely amazing, without the staff this hotel would not be what it is today. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, this place was truly magical. Highly recommend It is clean amazing and the staff are wonderful

Great hotel right on the beach. New and clean rooms. We stayed at the 3 bedroom suite and it was lovely and spacious. Breakfast was really tasty with so many options and chance to try Vietnamese coffee. Pools were nice and beach was big and clean. Poolside bars were good and had good drinks and fresh coconut. Free bicycles were fun!

Lobby was underwhelming and didn’t feel like a 5 star hotel. Construction was continuing on the other tower and it felt like an unfinished hotel. There were two lobbies and it was confusing! The other lobby was nicer but check in was not handled there. There were fire ants at the beach volleyball area and my kids’ feet were bit.

Great location and facilities. Perfect for families with slides in the kids pool, 2 parks dotted around the place and an indoors kids club.

Service - the staff were lovely but you can guarantee your beer will arrive warm and flat. They tell you to sit down after ordering your drink as they’ll bring it over. They poor it within 60 seconds but then sits there for 8-12 mins in the heat as they decide who will bring it to you. Our whole family started going up to the bar and refusing the table service which is a shame in a 5 star resort.

We were pleasantly surprised that the hotel made a special welcome for our wedding anniversary trip. The buffet breakfast, staff very friendly and helpful. On reception, Huan was so sweet and tried to rectify a mistake made by another guest who gave our room number in error. There was another young lady whose name I couldn't quite recall, it was something like Quynn? Who was very helpful and informative, especially with trips. In addition, the town shuttle bus was often needed, on time, and utilised.

Food and drinks were very pricey, especially when compared to the bars and restaurants outside of the hotel. Something the hotel must already know about as your restaurants are always empty. The weather, I know this is outside of the hotels control but it meant we were not able to use the pool and beach areas, such a shame.

Amazing 2 room villa, very big and nice layout and decoration, brand new. Really nice pool. Good bed, amazing bathroom. Amazing staff, very kind and helpful. Hoan ensured that we had everything we needed creating a whatsappgroup with my family so anytime we had a question we could refer to her. She even recommended me an amazing place to get some custom made shoes and leater bag that was also 5 stars. She helped us with the restaurant booking. She was amazing and really nice !

It would be great to have an additional shuttle in the morning to go to hoi an and also maybe more different activities at the kids club from a day to another and more toys.

Beach front villa with a great pool

The villa we booked sleeps six, there was only two sun beds. Contacted the hotel to request two more beds who said they didn’t have any available, disappointing as we were unable to relax together. The hotel did give us bean bag chairs just not the same as a bed. Just be aware if you all want to spend time in your villa and around your pool it may be difficult and all of the beds on the beach had towels on them by 8am so that wasn’t an option either. The royal shore restaurant calm and relaxed, however the other onsite restaurant extremely busy, tables not cleared or set up complete chaos.

The breakfast was great. Lots of options and little changes were made each day so it felt a bit different. Very nice breach and two massive pools and lots of loungers. The rooms are nice but worth paying a bit more as the standard rooms have toilets and showers together so the toilet area will definitely get wet once you shower. Also the sliding door that separates the bathroom from the rest of the room doesn’t fully close which bothered my husband. We paid for an upgrade and the deluxe has separate toilet and shower and the doors fully closed! It’s a 10 min cab ride from Hoi An old town but cabs are so cheap and we didn’t mind getting away from the hustle and bustle of the old town.

Have bathroom doors that close. That would be a good start!
