Excellent location on the Main Street of Phong Nha and surrounded by many cafes and restaurants. Really kind and helpful family running the place, gave us recommendations for the area and helped us book onwards travel, even brought us breakfast before our very early bus journey which we didn’t expect. Rooms were clean and comfortable with very big bathrooms. Overall a great stay

It could be very noisy late at night and early in the morning with children running around, I got woken up one morning before 7am as children were jumping on the stairs. Not world ending but slightly annoying

The staff were very friendly! They upgraded our room for free, which was very kind of them. The room was the biggest we’ve had while backpacking, and was very clean. The bed was big and comfortable. Sound pollution was minimal, and light exposure was too. Some of the best nights sleep we’ve had. The shower had warm water, and decent pressure. The location is excellent, as you’re not too far from any of the main hotspots.

The breakfast wasn’t amazing. It was a little too simple and small. However, it’s such a small issue for that price. Also, the pool wasn’t in a good condition, which is a shame because it looked really lovely.

Family who run this hotel is just the sweetest, very helpful, great location, beautiful area, rooms are spacious, free breakfast in the morming was delicious. They rent Motorbikes, can sort tours for good price, buses to another destination, but they dont rent bicycles. We all almost cried when we were leaving :) honestly had the best time there. Thank you for everything, we will be back! ❤️

On booking.com it say there is a fitness facilities, but they dont have any apart from swimming pool. Pressure in shower on 3rd floor was very weak.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I was injured in a bicycling accident and the staff were amazing, they drove me to the local hospital and explained the situation to the doctor, and stayed with me until I had been treated, they even covered the cost of the hospital visit because I didn't have money with me! The rooms are large, airy and clean, with good views. The location is ideal, right next to the town center, but not too noisy. There are very good restaurants only a few doors down.

The beds were a little hard, but better than most in Vietnam. Otherwise, the stay was excellent.

Very big rooms, Very clean toilet, Amazing mountain view from the room and last but not least the Hospitality and Friendliness of Song Toan and his family. Very recommended for its position (super easy to be picked up here when booking cave tours) about 3-5 minutes from the main square where the boats are. Also Song Toan with his daughter are always there to help , They're very very kind! Keep a look at the entrance when you stop by, and ask few infos about the war memorabilia he has exposed!

The family running Song Toan is amazing. The parents don't speak a lot of English but always go above and beyond on accommodating for you. They helped us book our bus, and even drove us to get snacks for the journey. Their children are great too! One of the daughters speaks fluent English and is incredibly professional. The breakfast is very tasty and the location is great for walking around the area.

Great staff, family run hotel, great value. Beautiful property. Great price for a private room with air con and breakfast too. They booked my bus for when I came back from a few days of trekking, I waited in the hotel lobby and they gave me bottles of water, bananas, even remembered my breakfast order from before and surprised me with pancakes in the middle of the day. Amazing service.

The staff was helpful and nice. Gave me some free snacks and breakfast after the official time. My room also had a great view of the mountain so that's a plus.

This probably was an issue for every hotel here but when i stayed here the temperature outside was about 13 degrees Celsius at night and the building isn't insulated well. But I still could sleep with a long sleeve t-shirt and the blanket provided, so it didn't ruin my sleep.

Comfy and clean rooms, the owners and their kids are so welcoming, and the location was perfect. The breakfast was delicious! One of the owners brought us smoothies while we were relaxing in the pool one evening, it was so nice! They also arranged a bus for us to our next destination which made it so easy. Absolutely would stay here again.

The place was very clean, looked very kept and styled and cozy! The room itself had a private bathroom, nice view and quick-heating shower. We also had to do a load of laundry, and were able to do it at the hotel for a great price. The owners and their daughter were very helpful, understanding and kind! The location of the hotel was in a perfect spot in the center of Phong Nha:)
