Very clean, spacious room with plenty of room for our stuff and to even work out in room. Plenty of hot water, decent water pressure in shower. Location was fantastic, right in the center right next to where sleeper buses come and go

Beware: very stuff and slightly moldy smell. Not the hotel’s fault, it’s just super moist in Vietnam. And no heater so gets very cold at night, but owner was super nice and gave us extra blankets. Just make sure to bring warm layers (we stayed in mid March)

Honestly couldn’t recommend enough. At first we were a bit worried as we got mixed feelings from the photos but we can assure you that the rooms are lovely, clean and very big (perfect for having room to unpack). The staff were nothing but helpful! On the last day my boyfriend got sick and the main woman let us stay longer in the room, brought us teas and fresh fruit for him. Such a great stay.

People have mentioned a bad smelling bathroom but honestly we have experienced this all over south east Asia now. It isn’t just this one hotel and if anything it’s just a mild damp smell, nothing offensive.

The staff was brilliant. Very helpful and accommodating. I had to change dates last minute and they were very understanding. Room was great for the value. Breakfast included which was also great. We were able to rent motorbikes from the hotel which was handy. We also were able to book our bus to our next location via the hotel. Thank you for a great stay. Highly recommend.

Only thing which was a concern was the bedding had some stains on it. It got cold at night so maybe a thicker blanket. There was no TV in the room but wasn’t a big issue for us.

Super friendly staff. Though most of them did not speak English, the ones that did were just lovely. The breakfast was quite nice and the location was right in the middle of Phong Nha. They even let us use the bathroom to shower before we took the sleeper bus after we had already checked out. We booked a sleeper bus to Hoi An and the bus stopped in Da Nang and we had to enter a taxi. It was supposed to drop us off in the center of Hoi An, but threatened to drop us off in the middle of nowhere if we did not pay extra. We told the hotel and they refunded the money we paid extra. We really appreciated their help and genuine friendliness!

Not all facilities that were listed were there (pool, etc.). Bathroom could be cleaner

The room was very spacious and clean, with a nice view and the staff was very helpful and cheerful! There is a lot of parking space, they even provide a free breakfast...however, we haven't dared to try "pancakes", but regards the "pho bo" it was quite OK.

The bathroom was really smelly when you open the door and enter. But having lots of travelling experiences here in Vietnam and knowing how it might be... I could say it wasn't a problem-o!

- We had room with mountain view. It's really cool :) Mountain is juts in about 70-100 meters from windows. Goats are running on it ))) - Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Me and my wife work remotely, but by default room doesn't have big table for placing laptop and monitor on it. But anyway staff could arrange it for us - Comparing with others, prices here are really good!

If you are too sensitive to noise and you have room with windows towards backyard, then chickens there may be noisy for you. Staff warns about it in advance. For me it was not a problem, even though I'm very sensitive to noise - ear plugs solved the problem :)

The rooms are good and clean and it’s a great location but the reason I wanted to write this review is because the man that works here is so incredible. He was so kind and even though he didn’t speak English he was willing to converse through translate to help us book tours, busses and motorbikes. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Clean room with AC and a lot of space, beautiful location, staff always available but a bit pushy towards paid tours, 100% raccomended!

A kettle and a small fridge in the room would be the cherry on the cake for this beautiful hotel.

I loved this hotel ! Massive spacious room, clean. Breakfast was good, the host was so lovely, smiley and caring for our needs, she also offers laundry and bike rental and she booked our bus to Hue for a much better price than online. Location was perfect, next door to a lovely Cafe. Walking distance to local shops and restaurants.

Everything was great.
