The buildings' facades, pool and gardens designs are beautiful. I could feel a real sense of tranquility walking around the gardens. Staff is discreet and provide good service. The room is clean and the AC silent. Buffet breakfast is 150k if paid separately. The hotel provide free shuttle to the closest beach but that's not the best beach.

The hotel is far from everywhere so you definitely need a bike or to use taxi. No cafes nor restaurants at walking distance. Additionally, like most of the hotels in Vietnam, they look good and give a wow impression at first but when looking closer it may be disappointing. Indeed facilities are new but the maintenance level is very low: * the seal in the shower is moldy * metal toilet paper holder is rusty - could you wood instead * wall paint is getting stains and dirty * the chair in the room could get some cleaning * some room design may need improvement for better aesthetic * my bed came with a new set of bedding but there was a black stain on white sheet...

Very beautiful hotel area, nice and super big pool. The hotel has well equiped gym. Breakfast has many choices and delicious. Free transfers to nearest nice beach.

There are no places to eat nearby so you have to eat at the hotel or take taxi to the nearest town.

We had the most wonderful, peaceful week staying at this hotel. The room and bathroom were beautifully designed and spotless and the pool area and gardens were pristine. The staff were all very helpful and organised dinner, hiring a motorbike and a taxi to and from the airport for us. The location is great- it takes around 10 minutes to walk to Sao beach and the beaches further south are easily accessible with a 10 minute drive.

The property is very beautiful. Well lit at night. The restaurant has a great breakfast, drinks and meals. Bathrooms are spacious but double room is a little tight. Balcony space is perfect for hanging out. The hotel drove us from the front lobby to the building where our room was. There were only a few steps up the front to the first floor. I did not see elevator access for the second floor rooms.

Property Wi-Fi didn’t work past the building before ours. We had to hang at the pool for service. I let the front desk know, but they never rectified the issue during our stay or let me know if they were working on it. The property offers a shuttle to the beach, but it seems you really need a bike to get around to find any other restaurants or sights. We were told when leaving that we were only allotted breakfast for one person per day. I don’t believe this was clear in the Booking.com listing and also we only ate a total of three breakfasts and paid for four nights. So it seemed to us we shouldn’t get charged for the time both of us eat breakfast on the same day.

The staff were really friendly. The hotel grounds are beautiful and very cozy. The coffee was delicious. The pool is big.

The pool is big, but everything seems fine until you dive in with goggles — it’s not as clean as you’d hope. Breakfast was sometimes à la carte, sometimes buffet-style, but with a very limited selection and mostly empty trays. The hot water only lasted for the first five minutes, then you’re left showering in cold water.

This is a gem of a hotel! Beautiful well landscaped ground with a peaceful and tranquil surrounding. Staff is incredibly kind and respectful. You are surrounded with nature and tranquility. The pool is 25 metres and is suitable for lap pool swimming. It is the first pool I have encountered in Vietnam with comfortable lukewarm water and not ice freezing cold water? No loud parties and drink disrespectful guest or noisy screaming kids, just peace and quiet. Gym has cold AC, front lobby bar serves ice cream and cold yummy coconut water inside the coconut. You get to eat the flesh as well! Shout out to Van at front desk who took 45 minutes to seal an open crack around glass door Order to prevent insects from getting in. Incredible nice person! Shuttle takes you to the gorgeous Sao beach anytime you request it. There is a highland’s coffee on the breach!

I had so many baby’s ants crawling everywhere in my room( perhaps because I kept fresh cut fruits in my fridge?) on my drinking cup, on my water container, on my towels, floors…They were even crawling all over me. AC in my room took so long to get cold. Fridge didn’t keep my water and drinks cold. Area is not walkable and very secluded. Very local area with markets on the main road but no decent grocery store or restaurants unless you eat on the property and I did not like their food options. Grab costs $30 both ways to go to townn and takes 30 min each way so you really need a car or scooter if you want to move around. I ran out of hot water quickly when I showered. It only lasted 5 minutes. Resort is peaceful but neighbouring karaoke places pumping loud music in the weekends.

The hotel was in reality even better than expected. The staff was so nice, the pool was amazing, rooms were clean and we had view of both the pond and the pool. I loved that it was quiet on the one hand and so close to São Beach on the other hand. My favorite was the dinner! Big probs to the chef - we ended up eating there every night even though we were planning on discovering new restaurants. Also the breakfast was nice and we were able to rent motos. Thanks for the nice stay!

Everything! The food, the staff, the rooms, and the great big swimming pool is perfect for a family stay. Infact, we added extra nights twice so we ended up staying here for 2.5 weeks as we didn’t see the point of trying another hotel. It’s really easy to get a grab to shops and supermarkets, night markets and the hotel has a buggy to take you to the beach where there is a lively restaurant/bar and water sports. I highly recommend!

The hotel has the most beautiful landscaping... It is gorgeous. The manager at the front desk (Thu) was so sweet. She took care of all issues quickly, and even gave us a little gift when we were leaving. There is a free shuttle to the nearest beach. Other hotels and restaurants are not too far. Breakfast was nice. We went snorkeling in the southern part of the island (best part), and it was very close to here.

I like the houses and my room. I enjoyed spending time in the balcony watching peaceful natural life. Stuff was caring and helpful. The territory is very green and well-groomed.

In my room and bed there were small ants, I’ve got bites on my body and even after leaving for several days had a nervous feeling that they’re still crawling over my body.
