The room was spotless, spacious, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed. The bed was very comfortable, and the view of the villa is something that you would never forget! What truly stood out was the level of care from the staff. Whether it was helping with directions, arranging transportation, responding any request, or simply greeting me warmly, their commitment to hospitality was amazing.

This is a hotel that is a must-visit in life. Everyone should have the right to stay at this hotel once. It is something unique and unforgettable. We are a family of 7 with children and we stayed for 9 days in a villa by the sea. No matter how many years go by, we will never forget the wonderful days we spent. The villa is stunning, magnificently decorated, and waking up to the sound and tranquility of the sea is heaven on earth. The hotel staff is super organized. Through an app, we can see that all our requests are being met and fulfilled in a timely manner. We had the tireless help of nurse On when our youngest daughter fell ill. The other nurse also personally took us to a children's clinic that solved the problem in no time. The breakfast is fantastic!

The only thing to point out is the fact that the meals are so expensive that they don't match the quantity of food or the quality.

The setting of the resort and it's facilities are amazing, the Villa's are spacious and modern, beds are comfy, showers good, quiet at night. The swimming pools are numerous and a nice temperature, you have 2 beaches to choose from, offering different outlooks. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet has a lot of different choices for everyone, plenty of food and good quality. Buggy service provided to get around the resort is a good idea and is controlled via the app you can download, you can also use this to order room service, report or request items you require, ask any questions you have.

We stayed over the Christmas period and the resort was full, this contributed to a service which was not 5*. We had to make complaints to the management but to be fair most of them were resolved, just a shame to feel disappointed in the service you were receiving. For example, our villa was not cleaned 1 day, another they did not bring us clean towel, we had to wait 15 mins to be served at the beach bar, even though no one else was at the bar, not having cutlery at the table at breakfast which we had been shown to and when requested being ignored, issues with the villa when we arrived. Small niggly things that add up. Overall we did enjoy our stay there but the service could have been better.

Highly recommended , I’d come back to Phu Quoc just for this resort! Loved everything about this resort and wished We stayed longer, from the moment We arrived up to departure staff were super friendly, welcome and charming and always willing to help with a smile and their greeting “ Xin Chao” The Villa’s are impeccable and very well designed with beautiful surrounding views. The food options were excellent Kids club , cycling , kayaking and lots of activities for eveyrone

None , however I would recommend having more halal food options( halal certified meats) for the muslim community.

Wow words can't even describe how beautiful this resort is, from the moment we arrived we were treated so well, the staff and extremely friendly and helpful and the resort itself is so quiet and peaceful We were a bit worried being so far away from the action but honestly it was great. We grabbed the WhatsApp for once first drivers we had and could just message him when we wanted to go somewhere. Grab was hit and miss on if anything was around but they can call you a taxi if you can't can't something, but it is paid in cash to driver We had the ocean view room and apart from the 100 stairs our room came with (luckily we didn't have to attempt to climb these often) but it was worth it for the view which was absolutely stunning from our bed and the pool The private pool was fantastic and so relaxing, along with the sun loungers The villa itself is fantastic and so spacious, there was a water filter cooler and it was amazing to finally have water available without any thought The breakfast can be a bit hectic but the food was delicious and we never got sick of it The beach is really clean and pretty as well plus there are some activities like kayaking . The app that they have for communication and keeping everyone informed was also fantastic and it made the experience so much better as was so easy to chat to someone and ask questions or got things booked. We had dinner once at the restaurant on the beach with live music and the food, drinks and atmosphere was great We were so sad to leave and it's been one of our favour resorts to have stayed in. We want to thank all the staff for making our honeymoon amazing and hopefully we can revisit again one day

The only negative was the resort is huge and hilly and the resort buggy only ones every 20mins but once we figured out we could message them and book one to grab us as needed it was fine

One of the best resorts I have visited in my life. Beautiful view, wonderful villas, the reception staff are very nice and available 24 hours a day. The most beautiful thing about it is the quiet and nature. Also, the food for breakfast, lunch and dinner is very nice and delicious. If I had to express my happiness, it would be indescribable.🇦🇪

Beautiful location and excellent service. Tristan was exceptionally helpful providing advice and support throughout our stay. Our beach villa was clean and right next on the beach.

You cannot bring your own food in. Just snacks and crisps. Being able to do our own breakfast would have really helped as we all get up at different times

The concept of the resort is a special one. The spaces are generous and yet you can have peace and privacy. We came back here after 5 years and we loved it again.

There were a few negatives that I brought up to management and many of these were resolved immediately. Special thanks to Mr. Operations Manager Thinh Phan who helped us in many ways and made our stay more enjoyable!!!

The house is very spacious and comfy with private pool! Contemporary decoration. The village is very pleasant with trees, beaches and pools. The personal is very friendly! Good kitchen and breakfast.

The beach could be cleaned more often. The big breakfast room is a bit too noisy but there are alternative places. Serving spoons are regularily missing. The village is a great place where to rest but a bit far away from the most attractions of the Island. Consider it if you Plan to visit the north part of Phu Quoc.

From the moment we arrived to the time we left, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was out of this world and caters for absolutely everyone. Everywhere is extremely tidy and well kept. Regular shuttle buses whenever you need them. Lots of activities on site for all ages. Would highly recommend this accommodation.
