Overall the property is good and well maintained. Staff are very professional and supportive and welcoming.

There is an issue with the noise when the door closes in the room. The rooms are structured in a way that 4 doors are next to each other. I was so annoyed with the noise of closing the door of the next rooms. It was making me up at 6 am early in the morning. I think the closing mechanism should be change to a better system with less noise. This issue is a reason that I don’t want to come back to Radisson Lusaka ever

Breakfast options were pretty great considering we are vegetarians from India. If you spend a few minutes extra to find your way around the dishes, you can map as to how best you can have your meal. And for the 4 days we stayed, we are full and it was very helpful for our meetings across the town.

The first room we were given had a couple of issues. The floor tiles were not affixed properly and it was loose on many tires posing danger for people walking on it. We requested for a change in room, but only got it the other day since the hotel was at full capacity. And my booking comes with a pool view, we dint have a pool view too. They dint even consider giving me a partial refund for a day, but they did manage to change my room first thing when the rooms got cleared.

the breakfast was amazing there was variety of food and the food was delicious. I loved that there was some traditional food. The hotel's location is great it is close to the mall. The staff is also friendly and always keen to assist. The swimming pool is so huge and just beautiful. The rooms are really huge and expeditiously clean. I loved everything about the hotel

I didn't like that there was no microwave in the rooms, we couldn't warm up some of our food that was cold. The hotel only warms food from the hotel which sucks.I hope they put microwaves in the rooms in future

The location is good, a walking distance from the East Park Shopping mall. The staff was very friendly and eager to listen. There could be some bit of improvement on the cleaning esp paying attention to the bathroom cleaning.

The cleaning of the bathroom, it needs to be scrupulous since this is a major part of habouring disease. What is good is that the receptionist and suoervisor was eager to speka to the cleaners to improve, and took the suggestion very positive.

Our spacious room with a little terrace and garden view exceeded our expectations. We experienced a very warm welcome at the reception. The staff's friendly and attentive care for their guests is outstanding (personalized service: delicious goodies and a lovely card in the room). Buffet breakfast is excellent. In the evening our stay on the terrace of the restaurant was highlighted by fantastic live music.

I liked how quick they are. I noticed the water in the shower was not getting hot but only lukewarm and I immediately called to the reception. And a few minutes later,they sent someone to come and check it out and fixed the problem.

The only thing I disliked was that when we got to the hotel to check in,everybody was so busy and there was nobody to help with our luggage.

Staff are all helpful. Good parking. Within walking distance of East Park Mall. Room was comfortable and large. Safe for valuables. Great breakfast selection, smiling and friendly egg and pancake station chef. Facilitated packed breakfast one morning when i was running late.

Can’t think of anything really, maybe the bathrooms are starting to get a little dated but everything still functional. Value for money may come into dispute if not refurbished in next few years.

Hotel was perfect and the staff were exceptional!

The booking.com app charged me more and yet it did not include breakfast!.....I met someone who paid less than me and yet it included breakfast. I do not think I want a more expensive rate next time!

I really enjoyed the room as it was spacious and had all the amenities described which made everything comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and clean with toiletries provided. The Wifi and TV channels were excellent throughout my stay.

No issues for me.

The Location is very good and can easily access any exploratory place, the East Park Shopping Mall is walking distance

The Swimming Pool is really Nice maybe its Rain Season and bit more of cleaning on the Floors would make it more special as the floors as you go to the deep end, at times you can actually feel the sand and if you do deep dives you see some small mud corner which when stepped on are actually slippery.
