The staff are generally very nice. The front desk staff seemed accommodating and nice. I would have no issue staying there again except for the incident of someone entering my room without my permission. I don't trust the cleaners. I had my safe opened and a gold medallion removed. They did not manage to recover it and I feel uneasy about allowing anyone into my room.

I am not convinced that the cleaning staff didn't take it but, I didn't make a huge deal about it with the police because it would create huge problems with my employer.

1. Good location, close to all the attractions 2. The room and bathroom were huge

1. No in-house restaurant (I checked in late and there was no room service) 2. No proper drop-off/pick-up place (my Didi driver had to stop haphazardly after the traffic light) 3. My bathroom had leak stains on the ceiling (above the shower), some permanent dirt in the bathtub and general repairs done without touch ups

Location, design of the building and lobby. Furniture in the lobby. Friendly staff, easy check in and chexk out. Great value.

Rooms and aisles need overhaul, especially torn wallpapers. No desk to work in the room. Billing in pesos at a exchange rate higher than the prevailing market value increased ~10% the actual tariff measured in USD.

The location was great! Buenos Aires can be a bit dangerous in some parts. This hotel is in a very safe area of Buenos Aires, especially for a woman travelling alone. On top of that, the location is excellent. You can walk from here to the centre of Bs As if you want to. Uber is also very cheap in Argentina and the safer choice - if you do not know your way around plus do not have any Spanish.

The location was great. People en the reception were very friendly and helpful.

The room has huge and the bed confortable, but the pillows were hard as rocks. Water temperature was hard to regulate in the bath tub. It did not have any food service besides breakfast.

Loved the location (walking distance to Madero Port and San Telmo area and market), the bed was a king size bed and was super comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good, could be better.

The bathroom is very uncomfortable (the layout) and the tub leaked hot water when you shower, burned my feet twice.

The beds were very comfortable, and they even had memory foam pillows, which are my favourite! The internet was pretty good too. Location is superb, easy walk to many great locations, including a great Tango show nearby.

Quiet rooms. Comfortable. Pleasant staff. Good breakfast. Convenient to city buses and Puerto Madero itself.

No view of the Puerto Madero skyline. It must just be a few rooms at the top floor that have the view.

After we experience booking an hotel that ended up to be atrocious, very dirty and staff not friendly at all. We left after seeing the place and managed to book Believe Madero Hotel. The Hotel staff was wonderful, very attentive to details and could not do enough for us. The room was immaculate and the breakfast had a great variety. We can’t recommend this hotel enough

Cleanliness and very helpful and attentive staff

The staff was excellent, location is excellent. We arrived very early, and although a room was not ready immediately the staff made sure that we were able to check in as early as possible. The hotel is very clean.

There weren't any real negatives. I can only say the rooms are a little small.
