It was a pretty good experience we had here with our stay. I enjoyed every minute of staying at this 04 star place and the location of the hotel is very posh. And services are as per the expectation that is brilliant. I stayed here for many nights and had breakfast every morning and that was also good only the lack of variety the breakfast had. other than this I had tried lunch also which was best. And the last thing I want to mention is the pool, amazing experience you're going to have in the pool. with a proper place to lay down and relax. And all of this happened with best assist and honest advice of Mr. Yahia

Felt like a 5 star hotel! The hospitality level was top class from Yahia at the reception, he checked us in very quick and gave a short brief of everything we might need. The room was standard yet everything was beyond my expectations. Abdulkadeer the lifeguard was really nice as well helped welcomed and helped us set the umbrellas. The location of the hotel was actually amazing having a mall near to it and having so many restaurants around made life so much better. In the checkout, Ali in the reception he finished fast. Thanks for the beautiful stay!!

I appreciate Mr Ali &Yahia for the good service during our stay. We enjoyed the stay and everything was comfortable, clean, amazingly hospitable environment. Very flexible. All facilities you need to spend good time indoors while outside heat. Very good kitchen, especially the elements Bar, the Fusion restaurant is good with acceptable variety of food and drinks in it's breakfast buffet. Everything from the front desk was a great. buffet is worth the price, the breakfast was very good, and service provided in the restaurant by staff was very good. The porter were always good to lodgers, they helped called taxis whenever i need to move around. Room cleaning was top notch, thanks to a great job by Nagendra. All the staff i interacted with are so polite and curteous. I love the facility and the location which is in a quiet place.

The hotel is a 4-star hotel and its location is a 05 minute drive from Hills Mall. It is close to Mohammed bin Zayed Street. There is a restaurant, a pharmacy, and a society a 5-minute walk away. There are 02 restaurants in the hotel. The room is suitable and modern. The bathroom is suitable. There is an underground parking. There is free parking opposite the hotel. It was a nice experience. And we had best hospitality experience with the front office team from Mr. Magdy & Yahia

I extended my stay twice and still have the same review, welcoming and friendly staff Moustafa, Jobaid and Amal “reception”, Also Amir, and pretty Emiline "security", an exceptional professional service from Abhisekh “in restaurant”, and excellent housekeeping service by Omar, Very convenient shuttle bus with good schedule with the friendly driver Bhupinder. Thank you all for the great hospitality:)

Excellent services. Mr Yahia assisted me with my wrong reservation and was too much careful in his reply. The reception staff were to supportive and flexible requirements. The security was polite and helpful during our-days. Housekeeping staff was always welcoming. Definitely recommended for families. Thanks for the hospitality

Amazing Family Holiday - Home away from Home Liked - The room was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. Mr. Yahia, Ali and Mustafa was very helpful during our stay and at the time of check-in and check-out during concierge service. Amen was kind enough to make our stay pleasant. All the catering staff are very kind and made us feel at home during the excellent breakfast.

Since I get in the hotel every thing was well arranged by team start to assist me with the my luggage and and check in was fast from mr mostafa and mr yaehia and Ali was helpful food was delicious and tasty and mr Shapiro from restaurant was nice they have free shuttle for down town as well I will recommend it to my friends

Love it here! Everybody is so respectful and nice! Specially Yahia, Ali And Alameen. They definitely make you feel like you at home! Breakfast is GOOD! The best hotel breakfast I ever had. When I come back to Dubai I will definitely be staying here again. Room also is comfortable
