The location, the staff, the availability of a restaurant/bar, proximity to a service station shop and pharmacy.

The heating appears to be based on vents and was off during the winter months. Small fan heaters were provided, but were weak and not fit for purpose.

centrally located for easy Uber access to go to other parts of the island. good food within hotel. staff was excellent and tried really hard to overcome language barrier

hearing children crying in their rooms while I was in mine…. so maybe walls too thin?

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, very clean room.

Low quality pillows and the rooms could use remodeling. Not a big deal if it's a short stay like ours, though.

Location is very convenient, close to main roads and downtown. Gaparuvu restaurant is very nice for breakfast (could open earlier though).

- Receptionist at check in and other staff were very helpful. - Room was in good size. - Restaurant had 1 option for vegan (Swiss potato)

- Breakfast was not vegan friendly. They only had fruit and bread but no veggie butter, veggie cream cheese, or some jelly. At least they had some plant based milk. If they had some more options like some "scrambled tofu", avocado, etc it would enhance greatly the experience and the breakfast price would be worth it.

Breakfast was not included but the caffeteria was very good, actually the combos for breakfast were a high point in this stay. Well located, close to airport and to the east side of Florianopolis.
