We spent five days at the hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and courteous throughout our stay. The hotel itself is cozy, welcoming, and well-maintained. Our room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our needs. The location was ideal—close to the airport and just a short drive to Old Nice. A special thanks to the chefs for the amazing breakfast options, especially accommodating for a vegetarian diet. I particularly loved the potato and herbs dish—absolutely delicious! I only wish I could get the recipe or at least know what ingredients were used.

For us was a great and very pleasant experience. This is about confort, classy and elegance. Close to the airport, with a big private confortable parking. Tram station in front of the hotel with direct acces to the center and the beach, line 2. Also close to the station 5 minutes walk for taking train to Cannes and Monaco. Great swimming pool. Friendly staff. Nice relaxing lobby. The rooms are as it called a suit. With living room and rest zone. With a little kitchen well fitted with everything microwave fridge expresso filter etc.A nice table to have lunch in for. Very confortable also vey modern, clean and new. Strong wifi signal. Breakfast for absolutelly all tastes with high quality products. Imposible to find something wrong about this hotel.

Free filtered water, towels provided for the pool, the pool , great house keeping , tram stop , bus stop and train station in close proximity. Comfy beds , toiletries, bath towels. Pool area cleaned every morning. Luggage room and able to use facilities before and after check in / check out. Staff team , efficiently sorted out wrongly allocated room to what was booked and complimentary breakfast too.

We could not fault anything 10/10. For some it might be a little way out of the town , but as frequent visitors to Nice and familiar with the exceptional transport links not a problem and super close to airport too.

The room really was stunning, spacious and immaculate. I love the decor and the bed was very comfortable. The space was very functional and I really appreciated having a day bed and a table and chairs.

I actually booked the wrong hotel I thought I had booked the other Novotel which has full service and a restaurant, so it was a bit of a let down (my fault) to come into all suite hotel with very little 'life' and no room service etc. However if space and immaculate cleanliness and quiet is all you need then it was perfect. There is also a restaurant right next door but I didn't need to use it. The smell upon entry is quite strong of floral perfume like freshener, which I noted somebody else commented on.

Very friendly energetic young hotel staff team and they helped us though out the stay. We booked a family room, had a curtain in the middle and room-size was good enough for us. Also room had a small kitchen and dining table. Great house keeping. Hotel was close to the Airport (2 stops), tram station (3-min) with very convenient connection to the Nice center and railway station (5-min) walk. For us, it was easier to travel other cities (ex cannes, Monoco..) by train. So it’s very convenient Good breakfast; breakfast sitting area was arranged quite nice different-way. Free filtered water each floor and it was very helpful in the summer. Towels provided for the pool and fitness.

Very nice airport hotel. Tram stop 100 m from the hotel and you are easily in the city center in 10-15 minutes. So, the hotel can be also considered for longer stays and not only for 1 night. Another tram stop to the direction of the airport 7 min walk. Front office staff was very friendly and helpful as well. During the summer months the pool is a bonus for sure. Nice sushi place 5 min walk from the hotel. Comfortable room with dining table. We did not have breakfast so, cannot comment that.

Great location, easy to get to Nice town on the tram and short walk to the station to get the train. All the staff were so friendly... nothing was a problem. The room was a good size for a family of 4,...loved the TV that could be moved around. Good size bathroom and separate toilet. We had pizzas from the bar one night and these were great and not a problem to take these back to the room to finish dinner.

No a big issue though would have been nice to have a coffee cup in the room (only had takeaway cups for coffee) their was no milk in the room (and I like a little dash of milk with my coffee ) ... though the staff happily arranged for some milk for us to take to our room

Have never stayed in a cleaner place in my whole life! The room was superb and the water cooler/purifier on each floor was a real added bonus. Lovely to have a table and chairs as well as a sofa and a separate toilet to the bathroom was also an added bonus. Coffee machine great. Access to the airport excellent plus the trams trains and buses super efficient and easy to use.

There was only one negative that when we were checking out to leave to go to the airport, the man who checked us out didn’t ask about our stay ~ whether we had been happy and if there was anything else that he could do. Found this very disappointing after such a great stay.

It was comfortable 4 nights stay with kids. The rooms included small fridge, coffee machine and microwave. Very close to the Train and Bus stations. Beds were not super comfy, but it also depends on the personal preferences. A super useful thing was a free of charge self laundry room with dryer (1st floor), it's not very common thing to have in the hotels.

Just some small remarks regarding breakfast - food was cold, we asked each morning to heat the pancakes for the kids in the microwave. Also, it would be nice to have more fresh vegetables (not some prepared salads).
