This is a very well maintained hotel. The staff were extremely nice and our room was clean and spacious. We also enjoyed the view that we had as the convenience of having the highway and airport nearby. There are people that say there are a lack of restaurants nearby, which I get, but if you have a car or Uber, there are AMAZING restaurants nearby; like King Tandoori, which has very delicious Indian food. We’ll definitely be coming back, thanks for making our stay great.

We received a warm welcome on our arrival and the hotel is spotless. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. We had an enjoyable meal in the hotel bar in the evening (which exceeded my expectations); bar staff were friendly, helpful and the atmosphere relaxed. The following morning we purchased breakfast which we felt was good value , with plenty of choice.

So we were using the hotel as stop gap from arriving in Canada and moving onwards - we travelled via airport taxi to it - the area it is situated I would not have wanted to venture out into - however once in the hotel all that really did not matter, as everything we needed during the stay was right there.

Clean, friendly staff, able to get an accessible bathroom as requested, room close to elevator so Jess walking for disabled. Automatic blinds for the windows were great. No sun coming in between the drapes!

We were there for three days for visitation and funeral of a family member. We rented a king room. Much to our surprise when we went into the room, lovely king size bed, spotless accessible bathroom but no place to sit and relax after very emotional days. One office chair in the room that was not very comfortable. I asked at the desk for an arm chair for my disabled husband. Friendly clerk said the standard king room had just the one office chair but he would see if a chair was available. Within a few minutes a woman arrived with a tub type chair. Better than an office chair but certainly not very comfortable for watching TV in the evening. I had to use the office chair.

It was fine. Nothing exceptional. The pool was nice. The hotel was clean.

Waiting for towels (housekeeping took them but didnt replace) we waited two hours after calling for towels and just went to the desk for them. Beds weren't changed at all in our 6 day stay. Lighting was absolutely awful!

Great rooms, good gym and pool. Good value, and really good food. Staff at breakfast were really friendly, quick and overall awesome. Good size rooms, pretty close to the airport

Not much around within walking distance, bit it's more of a place to stay near the airport, or when travelling somewhere. Food options at the hotel really good though so not an issue if you didn't have a car due to just needing a place near the airport.

Room was large,comfortable beds,almost everythong you need in aroom was there.What wasn't in the room was available in the motel. Not much interaction with staff but whay we had was freindly and pleasant.

Getting out of parking lot to airport road. You have to go up Steeles and turn around and come back to airport road to get to the airport! Ohter than that one thing it was great.

Property was clean and quiet ample parking. Check out at 12 noon but there was no option for a later checkout when I asked ex 1pm since we went out for the new year and returned pretty late. I would definitely recommend and return.

The room itself was relatively clean. Checking in was quick and the staff were nice. The coffee/tea was really nice. I liked the keurig device. The carpet in the room was decently clean. The lighting and view was nice. The bed was mostly comfortable. The shower was impressively clean. It was what is expected for 4-stars. Price-wise, I know I got the best that I could get.

I wasn't aware of the deposit until after it was processed which I didn't entirely appreciate. The carpets in the hallways were ridiculously dirty. Carpet stains everywhere, covered in a thick layer of dirt, and food crumbs that could easily be missed by cleaning staff because the hallway carpet is so dirty you can't tell what it is meant to look like. They should seriously consider redoing the flooring in the hallways. The room carpet was clean, thankfully.

I loved the 24 hour gym and the staff was super welcoming and friendly. They even gave us tips on how to get to downtown. Most important for me was the free electric charging for teslas and other electric vehicles. We drove to Toronto and I couldn't have been more pleased to save on public charging.

We had to ask the front desk for towels on the days we did not have our room cleaned.

The staff were very friendly and always made sure we we were enjoying our stay. My son always enjoyed telling them about his day, and they were very kind to him. The had some great options for breakfast and food was tasty.

The location was not very central, was quite a distance from most stores and restaurants.
