Location is great, just by the ocean, walking distance to the downtown , and the receptionists are very friendly , breakfast is pretty good

Facilities are too old, need renovation

The BBQ area, on the shore line for hikes, biking, close to marina, museum. Walking g distance. Great breakfast. Friendly staff . Big time. Golf put put. Cozy beds. TV size. Staff super friendly. Good cardio equipment in gym. Weight machines great. But up keep needs work. Loved reception coffee and computer. Austin was so positive and helpful at check in. Oh, u need an exercise ball in fitness centre. Please.

Hot tub not working.fitness centre needs stretching mats, at least 1 exercise ball. A few free dumb bells. 2 mats for stretching. And an exercise ball. Moat budget places don't have what u have, so minor improvements to bring me and more back. Thanks.

The Ramada Campbell is a place I have stayed several times, each time for one night. The check in and checkout process was simple and the staff person both pleasant and helpful. The room I was in had a king sized bed and a separate sitting and tv area. The hot breakfast was very good: two varieties of scrambled eggs (one with ham and cheese) and sausages. A waffle make was also available. Breads for toasting and bagels, cold cereals were also available. The coffee was good and there was also juice available. I feel that I got my money's worth. For those staying longer, there is a swimming pool and gym available.

The location is great and the courtyard was lovely. The staff were friendly.

The room wasn't very clean. There were greasy smudge marks on the tissue dispenser in the bathroom and the floor was only partially vacuumed. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. The room was stuffy and hot. Because there was no screen ok the door, we couldn't leave our door open for air with our dog. It was a hot, uncomfortable, sleepless night. The sauna was broken and apparently has been for a year? That was a disappointment. The building and grounds seemed consistently run down and poorly maintained.

The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. The bathroom / shower room was exceptionally clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the banter of the breakfast staff and the continental breakfast was one of the best ones we've experienced as a "free" breakfast. The location was great as it was close to restaurants.The pool was refreshing.

Disappointed that the hottub and sauna were not operating. Also, as we were at the back of the property, we had to close the bathroom window as other patrons were smoking at the bottom of the stairs and the smoke was coming into the room. Without AC, the room was warm and although the provided table fan was sufficient to move air, we had to open the patio door to cool the room in the evening/night. It was very difficult to open/close the sliding door. With out a screen on both the bathroom window and. patio door we did have mosquitos come into the room.

Great room great breakfast good location

Asked to extend my stay and they complied but failled to tell me the rate would be $29.00 per day more money. They said they could not help me .. I likely would have paid more anyway but feel I should have been informed of the rate increase . I now understand I should have booked the extension with Booking .com instead of the Establishment

When taking into account the nightly rate we paid, this was great value for the money. The staff have been amazing, and the warm breakfast is more than was expected. The staff is extremely helpful assisting us in navigating a few challenging surrounding an injury. Great people, great support.

The staff and the little things provided that even fancy resorts in Mexico did not provide.

The room was good. The fan was dusty so we did not use it. The coffee maker was not the cleanest, they changed it but it was dusty. The pool needs an upgrade, the sauna was closed and the hot-tub was closed as well. The gym kinda looks like a home gym only one equipment of any kind and very limited space. The breakfast was great! The scrambled eggs are perfect!

the night staff seemed quite annoyed that I booked the room on-line when I asked to see if we could have rooms that are closer together. I got "well you booked Online" about 4 times then he said "well I can look but it'll take 20 minutes" so I said never mind but while I was out getting the license plate he followed me out to whine about how I was "unfair to him". And all this while obviously having a cold and should have called in sick. Honestly the whining did not make us feel welcome.

Considering I had surgery in the morning at the CRH, this location is perfect. 5 minute drive to get to the hospital. We have stayed at this hotel every single time we come down. It’s our favourite. I loved the Beach across the street and the view from our balcony of the ocean was stunning; what better way to wake up in the morning and see the sunrise over the water. I highly recommend this hotel and will continue to stay here any time I am in Campbell River. Absolutely love the staff members!

The price was expensive but I booked last minute and took the last room available, not their fault. We usually pay very decent prices. So as much as I wasn’t a fan of the price, it comes down on us for not booking sooner.
