Large room with a great seating area and a great kitchenette area. Plenty of storage space. It's a great place to settle into.

The AC was odd. It was freezing when I arrived, I think the carpet had a layer of condensation as it felt wet. I kept it warmer, but then there was a basement smell. There were some issues with the lightbulbs. One was out in the bathroom. And the one over the bar area would flicker on occasion.

All accommodation and property features were great, and the hotel manager (Elle) was outstanding, helping out in a binding with a lost hotel reservation and room.

All third party reservations had been lost, due to a hotel closure earlier in the year, so when checking in my reservation that had been made prior to the closure was lost, and rooms were unavailable, without management intervention to resolve. There was no email or text notices communicated on this previous to checking in.

The hotel was nice and clean. It was great just for what we needed. All staff were super nice, friendly, and helpful. We encountered a tornado with sirens going off at 1:30am the last night of our stay. The late night lady was very helpful and concerned for all the guests. She was calm and tried her best.

The hotel did not seem very prepared for the tornado. No one really knew where to go. The night shift lady did her best but couldn’t really get in touch with her boss easily for more information.

Have stayed here for 16 years since it opened. Come down to NW Arkansas each year for Mother's day week. Nice hotel, good location, close to the interstate and many dining options. Pinnacle Promenade shopping area is only a mile east of the hotel. Staff is friendly and kind hearted.

It was too bad the pool was closed due to a young person putting a piece of pizza in the filter which ruined it for the rest of us who wanted to swim...

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was close to everything to do and restaurants.

We were on a 6 day stay, we were told we would have our room cleaned on the third day but after day four I had to go ask for it to be cleaned and for clean towels.

Clean and comfortable. Fairly convenient and affordable. Breakfast was about what you would expect and included scrambled eggs, sausage and french toast sticks. Day to day operations seemed efficient. Big bathroom!

Building and furnishings were a bit worse for wear. Some of the maintenance was not professionally done. Such as raw patch on wall and carpet by elevator was not correctly cut resulting in a bunched up place by the elevator door which could be a tripping hazard. Only 2 jets in the hot tub worked they were in the same corner. It was clean.

Breakfast was good and rotated to new selections daily. My favorite was sausage grave and biscuits, the western omelets were also tasty. For the reviews about garbage removal and room cleaning... It states plainly it's every 3 days carry out your own garbage folks. Front desk staff were more than happy to hand out everything needed, towels, bags, toiletries ect... Try being courteous vs antagonistic when dealing with people. It goes a very long way.

The acoustics in the pool building amplify kids having fun to almost an unbearable level.

Clean, comfortable bed, good blackout curtains, good breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, waffle maker, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, and usual toastables. Emma at check-in was efficient, friendly, and helpful giving directions to the concert venue where we had tickets.

All was good.

room was spacious and clean except that the floor had not been vacuumed which was weird. Staff were great and breakfast had many options, so overall a great place. Location was excellent, you can walk to Starbucks and many restaurants. It is tricky getting in and out of the hotel parking lot until you figure it out, but not a big deal.

The floors could have been vacuumed, but I assume that was an oversight and not the normal experience.

Pool hours were open until midnight, which was so nice after returning from a concert. Breakfast hours extended past 9 am after staying up all night in the pool, which was great. Coffee in the room was good! Perfect location with food and close to the amphitheater.

Couldn't find an extra blanket for the pull out couch and staff was new and didnt know where they were. He was very apologetic and kept looking but worked out in the end because we had car blankets.
