There was a good variety of hot and cold food for breakfast including sausages, eggs, potatoes, waffles, yogurt, cereal, bagels, toast, fruit and more. Lots of variety for everyone. Kids had fun in the pool/hot tub area. We stay here every couple of years to visit family, nice facility, close to town and the beautiful river. Checkin was very easy, with friendly staff.

Rooms are on the smallish side. Could hear someone walking in the floor above all night.

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean, large for the price and had a very comfortable bed. Nice buffet breakfast with scrambled eggs and bacon. The pool was open, and the hot tub was nice and hot. Was also pet friendly with a nice little pet spot outside with a picnic table. I'm sure we'll stay here again.

Was very comfortable and the location was perfect for us. The bed was comfortable and I loved the towels. The pool and hot tub area were nice and enjoyable. The breakfast was good with a nice variety. They also had hot chocolate and coffee available 24 hours. I also liked that breakfast went until 10 so I could sleep in a bit.

There were a few issues with housekeeping. I didn't expect the sheets to be changed every day of our stay but I felt the room should have been cleaned and the bed made. Spoke to housekeeping but they still didn't come by the room. And lighting over the vanity could be a bit brighter for putting on makeup.

We really liked the pool and hot tub hours. The breakfast was great. The fellow at the counter who checked us in was very very nice and helpful. Janet at the front desk was fabulous as well...overall very good stay.

The pillows were not good and the toliet was very low to the ground and seemed to be very full of water which was very uncomfortable for a male.

Comfortable beds, plenty of room, pretty close to off the freeway. Good breakfast. Pool looked nice, I didn't have time for it. If I need a place in this area, I would not hesitate to stay again.

It was a little dated, but not bad

I loved the lady at the front desk. We checked in late at night. The elevator was being worked on, so we had to haul our stuff up flights of stairs. But that was okay. The lady was so apologetic about it. The lady running the breakfast area was so sweet. She helped me and my toddler get all set up, and was so nice when I apologized for the mess from him throwing his food all around. Told me not to worry about it and cleaned it up herself. I'd go back just to see her!

My bed was comfy and sheets were clean

My bathroom was not clean there was another guests hair all over and stuck in the drain. Breakfast was not really avail to me at 8 am.. I understand it's busy but you can account for how many guests you have...

The staff was great. Friendly and helpful. Location was great and easy to find. Close to everything.

I asked for a room away from noisy things like elevators, stairs, etc. They put us in a room next a family room. The noise was horrible! The kids running in the halls, slamming the door to the point it was like a shock wave in our room. To the staff's credit, when I called them the noise quieted down that day. Also, no microwave in the room.

Breakfast was great. Staff very helpful and king bed very comfortable.

Windows were either dirty or seal blown so view was not great. And jets in hot tub were inconsistent. But those were our ONLY complaints and very, very minor

The property was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The beds were clean and comfortable. The shower was clean and in great working order. The pool and hot tub were clean with sufficient fresh towels for swimmers. There was plenty for breakfast with a friendly staff to greet you in the morning. We loved our stay so much! Thank you!!!!

The upholstery of the bench in the room was worn, but it was not a problem, nor did it affect the function. We would stay again!
