We stay at this Best Western at least once a year. The rooms are large with two beds, a desk with work chair, two arm chairs with table, along with the usual hotel amenities. It's quiet. the beds are comfortable and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious with a good choice of items.

Not a thing.

Room was a nice size, shower had good pressure and hot. The free buffet breakfast was a bonus perk, good selection to choose from, coffee was hot and tasted great. Free 24 hour coffee, tea, hot chocoltate by reception Overall hotel staff was excellent and friendly Adjoining restaurant Grill 584 was excellent!! Recomend staying here!!!

Corridor carpets need a refresh Housekeeping missed a day of cleanup. I believe just honest oversight so no complaint.

The breakfast was great. The service was even better. It was very nice to meet a young Dominican lady at the front desk that accommodated us and made sure we had everything we needed. We are planning to return on our way back from Florida to Boston.Thank you again Best Western Plus!!!

The location was very convenient and easy to find what i needed. Front desk staff at check in kind and friendly after a long day Albana was gracious and patient thank you. Great night staff.

Walking the staircase with a heavy bag. More lighting in the parkinglots in the back and far side would be better i thought.

The hotel itself is huge! But yet it wasn't super crowded, it was clean, and very quiet. The staff was all very nice and friendly. It was cold so the pool was closed but it was a huge clean area as well.

The food was a little bland but there were lots of options for breakfast so we had plenty to eat.

The hotel was nice and clean and the people working there were pleasant to talk to. We slept well in beds! That air-conditioning was awesome, especially with it being hot like it is.

Nothing wrong with it

Plenty of room to park my van and trailer with racecar on it. Excellent breakfast and breakfast area. Room and bed were fine, good location. I didn't get a chance to check out the restaurant, maybe next year.

No complaints, everything went well. I'll be back again next year.

Location was convenient to Elon College. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room and public areas were clean and pleasant in appearance. The included breakfast was varied and tasty. A bonus was the attached restaurant with a wide menu selection, pleasant atmosphere and excellent service.

I have absolutely no complaints.

Everything about this visit was exceptional. Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and gave great customer service! The entire establishment was clean, comfortable and well maintained. They had just received a 100% sanitation rating!

It was so populated that parking was a little challenging.

The staff was friendly, breakfasts was okay, but didn't offer turkey or chicken option it was the same every day.

I forgot my credit card and couldn't do a virtual option.
