The Aloft is beautiful, comfortable, clean and the staff is great. I love that they have a door that separates the shower and toilet from the rest just in case you need that privacy, but it's also open, which is very convenient. The Aloft is actually my top hotel to stay for relaxation or vacations.

The only 2 things I think that could be considered are a microwave in the rooms or a free breakfast. It's very inconvenient to have to go to the lobby to warm your food up and there's only one microwave and then you have to pay for breakfast also. Not asking for both but one or the other would be great.

Hi - we stayed for one night when our flight was cancelled. Staff were fantastic especially front desk who gave us a great restaurant recommendation, Ricardo and the other shuttle bus driver (who went out of there way to pick us up and get us to the airport safely). Sadly the pool was closed for maintenance. I appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and convenience. I have previously stayed in the Chicago hotel and this matched the excellent experience I had there.

It was a shame the pool was closed for maintenance but would rather this and it be nice and clean than open and not.

Everything was good, BUT

There was no microwave in the room. This was the first room that we stayed that didn’t have that. We wanted to relax and be in the room all day, but if you want to warm food you have to get dressed go down to the lobby to warm it up. So inconvenient and because of that we probably won’t stay back. But it was such a nice facility and room otherwise.

The lobby is incredible with plenty of entertainment including board games as well as pool table, card games, and other table top games. Very safe location with a great outdoor area as well as bar and pool.

There staff for the most part was great but one of the staff members was extremely rude. The bar staff was also not inviting so we just avoided the area.

I didn't have breakfast but if I had it seems the selection was a wide range of items. Everyone was so friendly. Could hold good conversations. Everything was clean.

There wasn't anything to say that was bad. I had a overly good experience.

I like that the receptionists were all super friendly. I never made it to breakfast but everything looked good.

The bar was very confusing and only having one person who didn't appear to know how to multi-task prevented me from ordering anything. A simple hello, I'm assisting some I'll be right with you, do you need a menu. She never acknowledged me. The menu itself could've been tweaked. Until I read this survey I didn't know there was a protocol for Covid. I was the only person wearing a mask and had my own sanitizer.

My sink was clogged they said they fixed it but they didn’t 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️. So we had a clogged sink the entire time.Also one of the employees refused to say good morning

Location was perfect for an early and easy commute to the airport.

At check in, i was very tired, the front desk agent couldn’t locate my reservation no fault of his own. Apparently Booking.com transferred over my email address as my first name.

The staff were extremely pleasant, the property itself was very comfortable.

There were no soap holders or any place to set something down in the shower. It needs a small opening or at least a place to hold soap.

The pool was amazing. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable

One of the elevators had a certain smell. The bathroom door was a slide door and wouldn’t lock. The hallways are way too dark.
