This was the cleanest La Quinta we have ever stayed in, and we travel with our dogs so we have stayed in a LOT of them! They freshened our room every single day! The breakfast was the best ever! They had real eggs with ham! The staff were lovely to us and the airport shuttle was complimentary and hassle free.

The pool and hot tub were too cold to use and it was still warm outside. I live in Indiana and swim four times a week all year round and it was even too cold for me!

Spent 3 nights, Great location, bed very comfortable, staff super kind and available for any advice. Breakfast is good. Closed to many restaurants and closed to plaza mall which I personally did not like much..

During my last night the next room had the A/C ( heat or cold) on all night long which was quite noisy.., not the hotel fault, of course.

Breakfast was really good, great variety and coffee 24 hrs. Fantastic location and close to our event that night.

I have small dogs and grass needs to be maintained shorter for small pets to use the restroom. Also, pet owners need to be more responsible, put signs so that pet owners pick up after their pets. Overall l like that this is a pet friendly establishment, thank you.

It was central and clean, breakfast was ok but could have more choice.

Not enough choice at breakfast the bar wasn’t open when we would liked a glass of wine when we had came in from a long days shopping. The room wasn’t cleaned on our last day.

This property is great, perfect location, and close to everything that I needed. The best part is the staff! They were exceptional, super welcoming, and very kind. If this is the tone for Mcallen then this town is the friendiest in America! Such a good start to my trip. A big thank you to everyone who works here. You made my stay extra special!

The staff were very cool and helpful, the hotel and room were clean and comfortable, and not a bad location

Unfortunately the shower had a very low water pressure, so I wasn't able to enjoy it. I really hope that could be sorted out as it's important to have a good strong shower after a long trip. If that could be fixed, I'd definitely stay again

That the shuttle was very helpful for getting us around. It was a great service at no additional cost. Thanks Ocars for your help you provided in suggesting places to eat. The location was excellent close to everything.

When we got there to check in the elevator was working. We had to go up three flights of stairs. They did get it fixed the following day.

Great value for good accommodations! Excellent location, superior staff, excellent breakfast, all areas of hotel clean.

For us, the beds and pillows were somewhat hard. The toilet tank refilled very slowly, and the bathroom exhaust fan was not working.

All staff specially the cleaning staff were very polite

The property excellent. But the visitors on the parking space was awful and I’m telling about people out of town Mexico plates they used double parking. Unfortunately front desk couldn’t find solution

The front desk staff and housekeeping were super friendly and very helpful. We had an issue with our door not closing properly. They moved us to a different room right away. The breakfast was delicious. They had hot and cold breakfast with plenty of options.

Everything was great!
