The the staff was very nice it was very clean and comfortable

The elevator didn't work so I had to go up the stairs with my bag and it was heavy so an elevator would have been better if it worked and I was expecting breakfast but there was just dry cereal and some milk but besides that those are the only two things I didn't like

The second night we stayed, the lady that was working the front desk was extremely polite.

The night customer service representative. He was so rude, even ruder, when I called the hotel after booking. We will not be staying there again.

breakfast was miserable - only bread, grape jelly and 2 types of kelloggs cereals, no tea, only coffee, no juice, only water

Location, restaurants close by, price, and staff are nice.

The 2xs we have stayed in this year the swimming pool has been closed.

Everything was good but I did notice some stains on the bedsheets. That was the only negative, everything else was good.

room was clean, bed was comfortable, and shower/ bathroom was clean!

housekeeping knocked on door, woke me and my bf out our sleep, they ended up opening our door on their own before my bf could even make it to the door!!! if it wasn’t for the door latch they would’ve busted wide in! they did this both Saturday and Sunday!
