Awesome location, very unique room

Paid a $28/day resort fee, and they did not have any of the amenities included in this fee available during our stay

Overall the stay was great I was located on the first floor and it was quiet considering it was busy busy art basel. Upon entry they handed me a glass of champagne and helped me to my room! Staff was very friendly and helpful getting back from parties late night security officer guarded lobby which made me feel comfortable Room was cleaned quickly each day and restocked and i had no issues going to the beach usuing my chairs & towels Im the type to clean a room when i get in lol, but i found everything really clean no bugs nothing!! Cant say the same for friends who stayed nearby.

Price was very high (proably because art basel events) For the price of the room $500+ per night at the time... i would have expected some better maintence to paint on wall tears in wallpaper etc ....its the small details that can make a room look dated and unkept in my opinion small changes could make it feel even more high end

The location was amazing, close to beach and restaurants. The staff went above and beyond to make the place clean and comfortable. Pool area was always clean and chairs available. We would definitely book there again.

There was a bit of night time noise above us. We were on the 1st floor. I would ask next time to get a room on a higher level.

Location perfect. Clean

Late check out unsuitable for long distance travelling, there are NO facilities to change & shower. Being offered a shower in the outdoor pool, outside in the pouring rain 4 floors up , not an option, especially when u email ahead in advance we had two rooms booked!

Location! Huge bathroom! Roof top was beautiful, and we loved sitting out on the front porch at night people watching and listening to the music around!

The elevator was super slow. Once we discovered the stairs that wasn’t a big deal. Just when you have luggage!

The entertainment at the pool with the DJs happy hour and fun games was super fun. The location is perfectly situated close to a lot of South Beach’s main attractions. The rooms are exceeded my expectations for the price points.

The wait for my room to be prepared for checking in was longer than normal. I’ve stayed at this property multiple times over the years and have normally experienced short or no check in wait times. However on this visit I had to wait until well after 4pm to check in. They staff was as nice a possible but could’ve provided some extra incentives/amenities during my long wait.

Very boutique. We were greeted promptly and graciously with a glass of Prosecco in the chic lobby. The staff were all super friendly and the security was great. The room was small but well done. The bathroom was up to date and very nice. The location is amazing. We were able to walk everywhere. The roof top pool and bar were great and relaxing.

The pool furniture could use an update.

The staff were exceptionally helpful, free coffee offered in reception between 7-10am, rooftop pool very nice with drinking water available at all times and popcorn during happy hour from 3pm. Location was fantastic only a 5 minute walk to the beach where they give you free beach towels and 2 sun beds if you show your room key however an umbrella costs $20.

There are 2 blocks to the hotel one of which you have to get a lift in the restaurant opposite reception to access your room however the lifts weren’t working during our stay so had to walk cases through the restaurant and up the stairs which wasn’t ideal. The bell boy was very helpful with this. It can be noisy at night with street noise.

The design and retro feel of it… it was close to the beach just a very short walk and within close proximity to Lincoln shopping .. all the staff there were super friendly and helpful

We didn’t get to go up to the at all during our stay as it rained at some point during the days… A couple of times we went up onto our floor and there was no lighting so the corridor was pitch black We had no balcony which would have been nice to sit out on

We had a 2 night stop in Naples and the hotel was easy to find, perfectly located close to amenities and very comfortable. The room had an amazing view and although located very close to the airport had excellent soundproofing to prevent any noise from the frequently arriving private jets (every 10 minutes or so).

I didn't like the fact that we had to pay $20 per night to park the car park in the car park joined to the hotel in addition to the room cost - this was very disappointing, poor show Mr Hyatt!
