I enjoyed the customer service from arriving at the airport to calling the hotel, there was a shuttle scheduled. It was late because of traffic, but I was very understanding as I saw the line of cars at the airport. I was able to check in early as my room was ready. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean! It felt like I was in a studio apartment. The breakfast was a nice treat to look forward to. The hotel is a about a 4 -5 minute walk from the train. You can take the train into town or bus. I would stay here again, but my next trip to Miami would be closer to the beach to have that experience. Oh, and a special shout out to the hotel staff and manager for their excellent customer service and attentiveness even though it was busy during the check in time, you were able to answer my question without feeling rushed. Thank you!!

Room layout and amenities.

Floors and carpeting in suite not clean. Flyers left in room for food deliver a ripoff. Ordered a 17+ dollar meal was charged 34+ dollars. A $17. charge for delivery, not mentioned on the flyer nor at time of order taking. Hotel claims they have nothing to do with them and have no idea how flyers find their way into rooms. Another issue was the first time I see a charge of $30. for parking was after I paid for the room. How about charging $129.00 a day includes free breakfast and free parking? Sounds more like a great deal!

The breakfast was alright. I wish that there were more meat choices. They only had pork sausage available. However they did have other things to eat that I enjoyed like the oatmeal and the mini-waffles. And having soft drinks available was a nice surprise. The Staff were very nice and friendly.

The $254.00 per night charge was steep for what they offered. The room had an old musky smell to it. I had to use the air freshener that I brought to make it smell better. There was no complimentary water in the room. Due to the location of the hotel, it was difficult to find the hotel entrance. The $30 per day charge for parking is very expensive. The breakfast should have had more than one meat choice. Thery only had pork sausage available.

I picked the hotel because it is near the airport and two rail stations. It is 10 minutes from the miami airport metro station. I picked the king room and room had space. The breakfast changed each day and was good. The room had full sized refrigerator and utensils. The front desk asked if I needed an airport shuttle. It should be noted that hotel provides security with key card elevator and front door key card after 8p.m. even though the hotel provides a social time, I didn't go.

The trains will create most of the noise. I couldn't find where to meet the hotel shuttle for airport pick up. The hotel provides some directions but they aren't good. The fitness center doesn't have much weightlifting equipment. There is not much by the hotel to see or do.

Breakfast was very good. Our male shuttle driver who drove my sister, daughter, and I to the airport was excellent, an ambassador for the hotel. His name was Elverio. Also wish to thank the manager who gave me a pillow to keep. I wanted to buy one as they were very comfortable. All in all,I'll be back and I hope Elverio is the shuttle driver!

The airplane noise. Also the pool pumps were too loud to enjoy while sitting in the patio area. We tried to have a barbecue but the noise from the pumps made it uncomfortable. I would definitely check into that as it is something that you can correct.

Parking needs to be better. Only options I was giving was pay for valet parking a day or park outside on the street and it’s only enough room for maybe 7-8 cars can park on the street across from the hotel

Hotel is in a good location to fly in and out of the airport. Check in and Check out was a breeze. Staff very polite. The room was spacious enough, clean, good wifi, strong water pressure, plenty of hot water. The free airport shuttle was on time and the driver very helpful. I can highly recommend this hotel.

There are no restaurants to walk to nearby. However, Uber came very quickly and we were able to go into Miami for a nice dinner and walk around.

We arrived and were surprised to get dinner for free. We got our room upgraded, that was a nice surprise. The room had actually two rooms, two tvs, a bath, comfortable beds, kitchen. Private shuttle was also very comfortable. Very welcoming stuff.

We didnt know the shuttle had to be preordered, we waited about an hour at the airport shutttle point waiting for the bus to arrive, it never came. Turns out we had to call the hotel and let them know we needed a shuttle. The weather was bad and we couldnt enjoy the swimming pool area.
