I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location is excellent, providing easy access to local attractions while maintaining a peaceful atmosphere. My room was quiet and exceptionally clean, allowing for a relaxing stay. One highlight was the breakfast, which, while somewhat standard, included pancakes that I absolutely enjoyed. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, convenient location, and comfortable accommodations. I look forward to staying here again!

This hotel is spectacular and really set the bar for every future stay in Downtown Miami. The location, although on the outskirt of Downtown Brickell, was close enough to walk to the desired sites, discover new places, and it also allowed me to get my steps in, a win-win. My family loved the room which was very spacious; and we stayed on the 8th floor with a view of the pool and a partial skyline. There is also a gym. The layout of the lobby is beautiful & welcoming; with access to a microwave and 24/7 coffee station. The wifi was fast which was a plus. The hotel is very modern and instagrammable; perfect for a family vacation or a girl's getaway. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was well-lit. The staff did a pretty good job at cleaning the rooms. I loved the fact that there was an ice machine and water cooler. Bonus points. The complimentary breakfast was tasty and my son enjoyed the eggs and pancake every morning. My family felt safe and there are restaurants and a gas station nearby. It's also on the main stretch where the Trolley and bus pass, so public transportation is accessible. I would definitely recommend Tru by Hilton to friends & family, and also stay on future trips.

There is nothing that can be done better or differently. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

I like the fact that they did not have any carpet in the rooms and that the rooms were very clean and the bathroom was very clean

The property was very clean and the staff was very helpful and professional. The hotel location is amazing, just 5 minutes away from downtown and the Sun City Centre mall. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. There is also a gas station right across the street. The hotel smells very nice and the room was very clean.

The only thing I didn’t like about my stay was the $35 daily required valet parking. There is side parking available for $5/hour which is ridiculous. Parking should be included with stay.

The property itself is beautiful. It feels very modern and inviting. The staff was exceptional. If there was a need or a question the responses were speedy and helpful . The rooms were beautiful. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was huge. The breakfast  was fresh and the made to order pancakes were amazing. We used the pool it was a little chilly but that’s due to the time of the year. The pool was clean it was well maintained and the view of the city was exceptional . My favorite part of staying at the property is the location. Where the hotel is located is outside of the main city. Therefore it forces you to go explore the city & everything that it offers. This by far was my favorite vacation I have taken.

There was nothing I did not like. I love this property and I will return.

Up to our arrival, it was a terrible day for my sister and our daughters at the airport in Canada. We spent almost 12 hours in the airport before we boarded our flight to Miami. So when we arrived in Miami after 9 pm, we were exhausted. Our experience with the hotel staff was great, they were friendly and understanding as they efficiently checked us in with no delays. Thank you for that! And the breakfast the next day was a great way to wash the experience away and start our vacation with no lingering bad emotions.

Staff was impeccably trained. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Plenty of USB ports for charging. The bathroom is nice and new with plenty of room on the sink counter for personal items.

I hate paying $35 to park my car overnight. (My car, parked by the valet. was closer to the door than the distance I had to walk from the door to the check in desk.) Water pressure in the sink was awful and not much better in the shower. The shower had no shelf for personal items.

The hotel staff was wonderful from the moment we arrived. They made sure we had everything we needed and even asked us how our stay was going when passing in the lobby. The rooms were clean and mounted in the bathroom was soaps, shampoo, conditioner and lotion with a wonderfully fresh scent. The pool a great temperature and fresh towels were always available.

I didn’t like the parking valet was $35 a day. I ended up not renting a car and ubering everywhere because that was cheaper then renting a car any paying the fee for the valet parking.

Clean room and bathroom Water/ice refill station and gym were good We stayed in the one in Port St Lucie and liked it, so decided to book in Miami too. Nice pool area which we didn’t use because it rained, but I imagine it to be great in warmer weather I find the breakfast quite decent. There was fresh fruit, oatmeal, yogurt, tea and coffee all day, bagels, scrambled egg and sausage. Walking distance to Brickell restaurants and shopping Friendly cleaners

The location was really great and a walking distance to the Brickell shopping centre and restaurants. It was also a short ride to downtown. Staff were incredibly helpful, respectful, cheerful and reactive. They did great and made us feel so welcome over the 5 nights we were there.

Breakfast was a let down. I can't believe that a hotel of this calibre served substandard breakfast. No eggs on some days and on the days they served egg it wasn't the real deal so I didn't touch it a second time. But thank you for providing free coffee and tea throughout the day and night - very thoughtful indeed.
