I didn't have time for breakfast but it was nice to have hot coffee to grab first thing in the morning that was better quality than what was in the room. And of course that you were per-friendly, which is why I stayed there. (although I was t told when I made my reservation that there would be an additional $69 charge added to my quotes rate. I only found out about that at check in :-( Ditto for the parking fee.

Pet fee should have been included in the quoted nightly rate. Would have been nice to have an outdoor pool, but at least you had a small indoor one for exercise.

The room was spacious and accommodated my family comfortably. This was a layover stay for our trip home from Florida. We were tired when we checked in. Check in was quick and easy. The girl that checked us in was kind and pleasant, which was much needed at this point in time of our vacation. They had a 24 hour check in/check out desk. We were able to check out quickly at 2:30 am, and at the same time people were just driving up to check in. It was close to the highway. There was a parking garage so your car was under cover.

The room size was very good. The staff was friendly and hardworking. Shower amenities were good. Very good coffee at the buffet.

The breakfast buffet space seemed like an after thought…. For this size hotel it was a tight space to make one’s breakfast. The trundle bed under the sofa needs a mattress replacement. Lack of amnesties… a tiny bar of soap for the sink. Nothing else…

It was perfect. Had a wonderful time brought our grandchildren up for a baby shower. The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was excellent really enjoyed our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable. Had plenty of room love the whole experience. Would definitely stay here again. The pool was a bonus for the grandkids.

You served real food at breakfast. There was a sink in the mini kitchen. Staff let us leave our cars that had been scheduled to be picked up during our stay until 5 PM the day we checked out when the driver was delayed by weather. Then they called us when the driverer picked up the keys.

Only one elevator was working. Mini fridge needed defrosting. Glass shelf was very dusty.

The room was bigger than expected and the pull out day bed/sofa was great for our daughter. The king bed was comfortable. Room had a microwave with paper plates and utensils which was nice for reheating our take out.

The bathroom area lighting by sink is very dark. Was hard to do hair or makeup. Needs brighter lighting. Wish breakfast went longer during the week days. Past 9 a.m

The remodeling looks clean and all the amenities were well kept. Exceptional staff who were professional, friendly and very helpful with questions. Wonderful front desk staff.

The only draw back was the breakfast. Two out of three milk cartons were sour although not expired by date. The mini fridge was not warm enough to keep the milk cold. No regular yogurt and no bananas. Have stayed at other Hilton’s that had very good breakfast options.

The location was great for the business I needed to take care of.

I didn’t appreciate the holiday weekend where it was so crowded and only had one worker trying to keep some food coming. The front desk lady tried to help. Forty five minute wait for breakfast.

What can I say? I loved the cleanliness of the suite, my room was spacious, bed was comfortable, and you are literally near everything. The people were friendly, Staff was friendly, and everything was just overall satisfying. What really had me was my name being on the TV. I had never seen that before. Out of all of the hotels I've stayed in this one definitely raised the bar. A side note this hotel is pet friendly. If I had known I would've brought my fur baby. Also, the parking was not bad. Yes. You do pay for parking but if you can't afford 2.00 to 3.00 a night then this suite is not for you. Overall, my experience was exceptional and I will be back!

I didn't really like the breakfast. The elevator had my anxiety going crazy. I did not get stuck on it but it does take a minute to open.

Breakfast was acceptable. Having several choices was a plus. The “do it yourself” waffle making is easy & delicious.

Orange juice seemed watery. Breakfast meats (Turkey sausage & pork sausage) sitting in too much liquid lost its flavor.
