The building is most attractive upon approach. The staff at all levels were friendly, happy and helpful. The breakfast was better than I've seen in comparable places. Everything in the room works: Fridge, microwave, coffee maker etc

Just tiny things. The room is much too big not to at least have a bit of carpet or an area rug. I was able to open the window but could not close it. The security plate on the door made it necessary to shut the door with a loud noise. I was sorry to know the place is not pet friendly. I joined the points program to thank BW for some of their animal charity work. Sad surprise

We only stayed overnight for out transit. The hotel is a beautiful historic building and felt like sleeping in a cozy manor. The dining room (where we had breakfast) was gorgeous. The rooms are big and comfortable. I really liked the staff. They were very friendly and all smiles.

The hotel is old, while it gives it a great character, comes with drawbacks like old plumbing, old fixtures. It didnt cause us any problem during 1 night stay, but they were not very seamless to use. For example, when opening tap, it creaks, and the flow is not regulated, water come full force.

Amazing place to stay, beautiful and solid buildings inside and outside, nicelly made in brick and stones, nice wooden art work, nicelly brick and stone work around doors and everywhere, very thick walls, nice brick arches, and so quiet, we've been impressed! The hotel stuff is so nice, friendly and welcoming, from the service desk persons, which welcomes and take care of you since you arrive, until the cleaning persons, which are so nice, helpful, and professionnal. Greate amenities, starting with a great waiting area equiped with a big flat screen TV in the lobby, nice gym room very well equipped, wonderful dining area, greatelly equiped, with greate quality granit tables, and nice solid wood chairs, with flat TV to raise the ambience, while serving the free, super good and generous breakfast, which continues to be served until very late in the morning! Nice and super quiet and clean rooms, air-conditionned, with flat TV, and nice good quality Keurig coffee machine! Free multiple choice coffee in the lobby, and water at any time! Very nice outdoor swimming pool, surrounded by these nice brick and stone artwork, and plants and trees. Very, very well maintained, clean and fresh everywhere. This wonderful hotel exceeded all our expectations, we very much enjoyed, and warmly recommend to anyone visiting the area. Can't wait to go back again!

I reserved a room like before to accommodate my power wheelchair. Upon arrival, my confirmed request was not received by the hotel, and there were no wheelchair rooms available. We asked to look at a king bed room, and that room actually provided more open space that the wheelchair room we previously stayed in. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay.

The size of the elevator. My wheelchair took up 75% of the elevator.

Location is excellent, also it's fairly quiet as set back from the main highway. Room very big, bed was firm but comfortable. Staff are super friendly and warm, you are smiled at greeted at every opportunity-- you are made to feel welcomed and valued as a customer.

Too much plastic and paper that is not recycled (or visibly recycled) at breakfast. The plastic utensils are flimsy and a bit hard to eat with.

Chauna was at the front desk for the majority of my stay, and she was absolutely AMAZING!! Easily the most friendly and caring employee I have run into in my business travels. Made check in and check out very easy, answered all of my many questions, was always asking about my day, and made me feel very welcome. Definitely the highlight of my stay!

Room size was larger than expected, nice to have a decent place to sit other than on the bed when watching TV

Breakfest was ok, not great - I would have liked to see bacon one of the mornings. I'm just not a fan of sausage. Eggs were a bit rubbery one morning. ok other days.

The staff was exceptional. She gave us information about the food we wanted She was friendly and gave us a quite room!

When I called to make reservations, I was told we could pay when we got there. When I checked my reservation, we had been charged twice and had to cancel my card because of fraud We paid cash when checking in! Not fun.

What made this a wonderful stay was the staff. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by Tye (not sure of spelling). She was so friendly and welcoming that it started my stay off making me feel like I was a valued customer. The woman at breakfast was also so nice but i don't know her name. The staff made the hotel exceptional.

Location is near my work and plenty of shops/food nearby

My key reader on my door was kind of old and took quite a few tries to get it to work. I also didn’t particularly like that there were more than one building so my room was separate from the main building
