I loved everything about the property. I chose it specifically for the outdoor pool, which was wonderful. The pool had floaty toys and great seating options. The staff was very kind and accommodating when we arrived before check in due to flight time. The room was beautiful , clean and comfortable. It was stocked with all the basic necessities. The soundproofing was amazing. I wish we could have stayed longer to experience more of the property and its offerings, such as breakfast and the workout room. We had a very early flight in the AM and had planned on utilizing the free shuttle service as we had on arrival. However, the shuttle had unexpected delays so the front desk kindly set up a Lyft service for transportation.

The only thing that could be improved was the cleanliness inside the pool itself at the deep end. The rest of the pool appeared clean.

I liked the 2 bedrooms that were a good size. The kitchen was decent although we barely used it. It worked well for our needs.

This hotel was very expensive plus parking was $10 for each car (we had 2). There was no breakfast or extra perks that you would expect for $370 a night. They seemed to be short staffed and when I requested no feather pillows they still put them on the bed, then couldn't find any regular ones so they gave me tiny square pillows with no pillowcases. There was lots of construction near the hotel so it doubled our commute time to appointments. I also didn't like that there were no close restaurants just a delivery service that brought cold food after an hour's wait. I would not book here again.

The size and comfort of the room. Internet access was exceptional. The accessable accomodations were appropriate.

We tried to cook hamburger patties and the fan wasn't strong enough to get rid of the "smoke" and the smoke alarm went off requiring the fire department to turn off the alarm for the building.

The suite was just what we needed with a full kitchen. The bed was comfortable. The lounger couch was a little odd but fine. Front desk was helpful.

Very no frills. Creepy people walking around the parking area.

The kitchenette is always a plus. The property itself is clean and tucked away from busy traffic. I also like that they offer free washers and dryers.

they stopped providing paper towels and dish soap. They also started charging $10 a day PLUS TAX for parking which I’m NOT a fan of. They never used to do this… This is not an area where parking is at a premium. This expense added almost $100 to my stay which I felt was misleading.

Clean, quiet, and affordable with all the amenities I was needing. Will stay again soon.

The upstairs neighbors stomped when they walked or ran in their room. This was very late nights, and very early mornings.

My wife and I booked this hotel unexpectedly, as we were stranded in Seattle for a night, thanks to Delta's incompetence. Despite the circumstances, we had a great stay at the Sonesta. The woman who checked us in, Sassy, was extremely friendly and helpful. She got us into a room earlier than I suspect was the normal check-in time, and she even gave us a recommendation for a delivery restaurant.

There was no breakfast, but I knew that going in, and it wasn't really surprising, given the suite-style room that came with a kitchen.

I enjoyed my stay at the sonesta suites it was relaxing and well worth it I cooked thanksgiving there but left my Mac n cheese in? the oven.

Everything was excellent

The friendliest service at the front desk was highly valued. Getting in at 2am from the airport to be greeted with friendly people is something money can’t buy. The location awesome & peaceful , clean & safe

Two bedroom suite was very clean. Smelled a little musty upon arrival but disappeared with an open window shortly thereafter. Location was acceptable for airport, roughly 15-20 minutes with UBER.

Location was off the beaten path… couldn’t walk to anything as it was in a corporate/industrial area. Was able to UBER for about $15 each way to restaurants, Walmart & Starbucks as there is no restaurant on site. Shuttle doesn’t begin until 7am which was too late to use for our 8:25am flights.
