Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Parking is great.

TV- The remote didn't have a channel guide feature. Breakfast room- Eggs were semi cold the both days I ate them. Breakfast room- The staff wasn't doing a very poor job of cleaning tables after one person finished eating at a table. I went down two days near 8;30 am to eat, and there were many tables open, but most all had the previous diners crumbs/food aftermath still on the table. Parking- The front desk person didn't but should advise there is an add on cost to park Bathroom- I don't like that the bathroom sink is outside of the toilet/shower area ( not enclosed)

Is a great location, near everything.

Clean, updated and spacious room with a microwave and mini-fridge, secure parking for a great price. 24 hour snack bar with lots of snacks, frozen/instant options, beer/wine/canned cocktails (alcohol only available until 10pm). We got into town late and had our dogs so we weren’t able to enjoy the restaurants downtown so it was awesome that we were able to buy dinner right in the hotel lobby and heat it up in our room. Breakfast was included and was pretty good! The hotel has a bar as well that is open until 11:30pm. We would definitely stay again!

No designated area to walk pets or let them potty.

Location couldn't have been better. Walking distance to everything. The Americana across the street as well as the galleria. Free breakfast every morning was a nice touch to wake up to. The staff was very nice. I requested extra coffee for the rooms and I received it almost immediately. They were also very accommodating of holding my bags post check out while I wander the area before heading to my flight. And I found the beds to be very comfortable.

If I had to complain about something it would be having the bare minimum basic cable for New Tv's. It's 2024, we need more than basic cable on TV.But this was not a deal breaker as I was on vacation and had various activities pre planned before heading out.

- Front desk staff was great. And the bartender Michael was a real showman, able to make friends with customers. This is called customer satisfaction - Free and efficient wi-fi connection - Nice gym, very comfortable to use. The swimming pool was also beautiful - The location is perfect for taking a stroll to Americana at Brand, or the Glendale Galleria, or the Museum of Neon Art, or anyhow in the direction of many nearby restaurants - Internal parking is quite expensive, but it's very, very safe - Great starting point for driving to Los Angeles. Very convenient especially to Hollywood and Griffith Observatory. Nearby, moreover, there are the bus stops of two Metro lines that lead to Downtown Los Angeles

- The shower head was slightly faulty, but nothing to worry about

I looked at the property was right across from an open area mall with very nice stores and cafés and restaurants. It was really fun to walk around the area.

One of the main reasons for booking the hotel was that it had a gym and when I got there, they told me that the gym was being closed for construction and gave me a pass to LA fitness but when I got to LA fitness, I wasn’t allowed to use it because the manager wasn’t on duty. This was a huge inconvenience and I’m very very unhappy about it

The location was great for shopping. However it was a bit far for the Rose Bowl Parade. There were no buses to take you to the location.

The property can use some updating. The room had holes in the headboard. No one came to change the towels or pick up the trash. I did not request service but I would have liked clean towels and trash pick up daily.

Stayed before….good location visiting my son who is two minutes walk away….staff are excellent very friendly…. spotlessly clean… great housekeeping team…

The breakfast are ok but mostly processed type stuff….waffle mixture for you to make your own and fresh fruit but most of the other stuff is basic…. very clean around the buffet area but the tables are never cleaned…. you remove your own stuff which is ok but someone should wipe tables I clear up any mess but not everyone does….. I think if Hilton spent just a little bit more on the breakfast area would really improve things but overall good place

Staff, breakfast, fitness, pool, parking garage were all positives for this area of Glendale and the overall facility was very clean and in great shape generally speaking. Large selection of breakfast choices is one reason why I choose Hampton Inn frequently for stays.

Asked for a room away from ice machine and elevator as I needed a peaceful nights sleep after dealing with a death in my family, which was granted, but ended up with a squeaky air vent fan that nearly ruined the first night in addition to the room being directly next to a busy street with loud traffic so that could have been better. Having to pay 17 per day for parking when there was really no other option was a surprise - that needed to be better communicated at purchase time through Booking.com.

You guys need some maintenance on the details. For example in 316 the towel hanger loose, toilet paper holder loose, closet door off track, refrigerator cabinet broke. I get it, nobody wanta to work.
