Staff is outstanding. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location is excellent. I've stayed at this location several times.

"New" management is a big disappointment. No public microwave is available any longer. Staff had to give lame excuses when asked why. The pool was chain locked and unavailable during several hot days. Again, staff had to give lame excuses. Morning coffee was not available for several days because "wrong coffee was ordered." There's a supermarket across the street. Advice: Take some money from petty cash and go buy some in the interim.

The employees were nice and friendly, including the managers they had excellent customer service. I do recommend it.

What I didn’t like about the property to be honest with you they didn’t have no microwaves and no refrigerator. That was the downfall if I ever want to come back I would but since they ain’t got no refrigerator and no microwave I’m not coming back. I’m so sorry.

I like that everything was cleaned organized. The staff were great. It could use a little bit more of a remodel and more soap in shower or bathroom and use more cleaner sheets updated cloths

The property was nice. I really enjoyed it. I definitely will come back again. The staff was friendly and nice. They had a good food areas in that area and Pinole and I highly recommend it.

I’m not gonna lie. We had a good time me and my bestfriend but we actually went inside the room and she saw a spider web by the door when we open it up and rest of the room was clean but needed more pillows and nice better blankets or covers too keep you warm like an airbnb does too there bead room

way better stay than a couple months ago! The staff is friendly and super helpful, room was clean and smelled rly good! quiet hotel, so many stores and restaurants around… I was very relaxed and look forward to coming back. worth the price

only thing that I didn’t kind of like was that housekeeping starts vacuuming by your door at 9 and they knock on your door at 9:30-10 to make sure you’re leaving- I was already up so I really wasn’t upset, plus they have a job to do. i just never experienced that before…

The room was nice and clean, there was a tv along with fridge and microwave. There were no distractions or disturbances.

Rooms are small, and the airconditioning never stops unless you turn it off manually. No fridge, no microwave, no coffee maker but Friendly, helpful and were genuinely concerned about the comfort of myself and my service animal.

How clean the room was and checking in was so quick and easy plus no deposit needed which is always a good thing.

The heater in the room I got stop working. That might the weather was significantly colder outside than normal. It was cold in the room but still a lot warm than it was outside .

No fridge ice machine don't work and there is 2 of them no microwaves in the room and there were 3 police cruisers who patrolled the motel parking lot like alot Boone mopped the floor it had this black thick sticky substance all over
