I appreciated the hot breakfast as I'm on a keto diet. My fellow club members staying next door at the Griffin Gate did NOT have breakfast included in their much more expensive rate and had to go out to breakfast each day, adding to their costs and inconvenience. I also greatly appreciated the comped night for the inconvenience of lost power/no AC. Thank you!

I would have availed myself of the hot tub and pool but when I was able to use them, they were overrun with kiddos. It would have been nice if those facilities had been open later in the evening or earlier in the morning - I believe they closed at 10.

The sauna dials were tricky but they did work. When the pumps are also inside it makes for a loud experience in an all ready loud environment. The spa pump squalled so we left it off. Spa was warm. The shower was hot and the bathroom clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. There is a bar on property to 11. There is also a restaurant. I would stay here again.

There were what appeared to be bullet holes in the glass and the glass was cracked to the pool, a little alarming. The room was clean, had a slight odor but was comfortable, same with the halls. The place is in need of a make over, to remain relevant to the masses. The grounds could use a makeover as well.

The only thing we didn’t like was the breakfast. The pancake machine was broken and the biscuit and gravy was not very good. We ended up just eating cereal

I love loved the breakfast, it had a variety of things to eat and it was all very delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a lounge I did not get to try but I'm going to next chance I get. They have a beautiful pool area with a hot tub and more. I feel like I'm vip when I stay at clarion. Thank you clarion for the tip treatment you swarmed me with!!! I give it 10 stars!!!!!!

There was nothing I didn't like, although I would have liked it if I could have smoked or vaped. Especially when it's raining or cold/hot outside.

The location was good and the breakfast was real nice.

Housekeeping was lacking. When we checked in we were asked if we wanted room service. We thought that meant meal delivery to our room so we said no and our room didn’t get cleaned for 3 days, even after we requested it. Also, when the room was cleaned our coffee service in the room was not replenished.

Breakfast was good. We liked the pool facilities and the game room basketball court etc. They have all types of things for the kids to do.

The room smelled really bad. When we arrived we had issues with our door handle it was slightly broken so it was difficult to entering the room. There were cigarettes in the jacuzzi , it smelled as if someone has spilled beer in or near the jacuzzi so the smell was not appealing.

The rooms were fairly clean. There was a water leak in my room, water pouring from the ceiling; I was immediately switched to another room even though the hotel was busy due to the conference I was attending. Breakfast was amazing. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

They don’t tell you ahead of time that they are going to authorize additional fees of $100-250 for incidentals.

Hands down best pool and hot tub. Very close to the highway if your traveling by vehicle. Great location and a plethora of restaurants very nearby. We stay here everytime we go to Lexington!

Rooms could be a little cleaner, ie the carpets. I have back problems so a more firm mattress would be great, but that's just me. Breakfast is good but could be better with some non pork additions such as sausage or bacon and why not make the gravy without pork sausage and if people like pork sausage then they could add it, but for those of us who do not eat pork, a traditional country gravy would go a long way. I love biscuits and gravy, so a non pork option would be fantastic.

The staff was all very friendly and efficient, including those at check-in, housekeeping and breakfast. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean also. The breakfast was excellent. It had a great variety of hot and cold offerings. Great price for a great facility.

The GPS directed me to the Maintenance Entrance and since I missed the hotel signage by the Marathon gas station, only recognized it was the correct hotel by seeing the hotel name on the transportation van.

I lucked out and was literally right next door to the place my convention was being help. The hotel was clean, confortable , quiet. Everything I needed.

Only problem I had was I needed to sign into my email to print a last minute email for my convention. I was able to sign in and find the email but I couldn't print it because the printer was off line and none of the staff knew how to fix it. Kind of defeats the purpose of haveing an office center if no one knows how the equipment works.
