Location was quite far from the airport. The room was overall clean. Just the linens were not ironed, so it doesn’t felt comfy. For the second bed, the mattress was twice big. So you should be sleeping on the one side, otherwise you can fall down. The breakfast was good. There is transfer to and from the airport, that makes ur life easier. Overall a good option for one night

We found a cockroach on the next day. Difficult to contact the hotel (only via calling the number). They didn’t answer the messages via booking.

The staff.. I have been traveling alot we went to a army graduation so we stayed at comfort inn Atlanta Airport. The staff at the front desk very sweet, polite, kind, they always greet you, ask if all is well etc. This was one of my best stays in a long time. The area is close to the airport, restaurant , car rental and gas station, plus the shuttle service a bonus.

The pool was out of service and with Atlanta being so hot it would have been nice to be able to cool off in the water,

When you arrive to the hotel the staff is very nice and welcoming. The entrance is very clean nice decor. I liked that we had a window view room. The airport is nearby so the view was amazing at night looking at the planes if you are traveling with little ones, it's a bonus. Distance to downtown area is about 15-20mins even with traffic.

The pillowcases and sheets had some stains didn't appear 100% clean. The bathroom had stains inside the tub and in the corners beside the toilet, also the doors needs to be repainted. They had extreme number of marks on the doors like someone wrote on them.

The hotel was nice over all….the maid need to thoroughly clean the rooms the mirror on the wall was filthy & had not been cleaned after the last customer checked out! The person that checked me in was very pleasant helpful & nice the lady that check me out was not I had to stand & wait while she saw me come up not until I asked for help did she come then said “oh you can leave your key on the desk” no I’m not & I had to ask for a receipt!!! Poor customer service!!!

Cleaning & customer service

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shower was great, and the bed was very comfortable. The heating and cooling worked well also. We appreciated being able to park our car for our trip and the shuttle service to the airport.

No dislikes; everything went very well.

Even with the continual renovations my room was upscale! My desk clerk tre' was so nice and helpful!

I couldn't get many channels on my tv due to the construction of the hotel (I am guessing this is why).

The room was nice and cold when we arrived. The facility in and around the breakfast and waiting area was nicely clean and organized.

When I arrived in the bedroom and noticed the pillows there was blood on some of the pillowcases. There was also trash in the bins that were not taken out beforehand.

Overall the hotel is pretty good shape, breakfast was full of choices , room cleanness was okay once they were made

That I arrived around 9:30 pm and they gave me room 313 and it was wasn't made , pillowsin the floor, no sheets, It was not ready and they have it in the front desk as ready to go.

As always everything was nice

The breakfast was a little sparse. The waffle maker wasn’t working. The window unit went out in my room so my boyfriend and I had to sleep with no heat or air Saturday night but it was ok because we only stayed one night.

We booked two rooms - they were joined together. Served the purpose of a good night's sleep, breakfast and quick ride to the airport. Having turkey vs. pork sausage is always a winner! Thank you!
