I really liked how spacious the room was and breakfast.

The carts up front were flimsy and looked as if anything I added to it would fall apart any minute but luckily it stayed in one piece. They won't last too much longer either! Just a heads up

The staff was amazing! Very kind and helpful. Breakfast was great. Pool was great,kids loved it. The room was great, beds were comfortable.

The room was comfortable. The staff was friendly but lacked knowledge.

The staff did not know how to use the software. They couldn't find my reservation. It took 40 min to check in!!

1) Since our purpose in traveling to this location 3 times each year is for exotic bird shows, we are very disappointed that you are no longer pet friendly. At times we need to bring tiny babies with us in bins to be hand fed by syringe in the night, and we will no longer be able to do this, so will likely not be able to stay with you 😢 2) There is no breakfast

Still under construction. The Foyer is a little warm needs better Air conditioning.

Nice hotel but needs more life and cleaner carpet, bathtub was not the cleanest. Has great potential. Need more
