Beautiful view of NYC and close to the PATH train station. Walking distance to restaurants. Window could get open in the room for some fresh air, what a surprise in the USA. Could leave our luggage after check-out at 12pm on the reception and spend a great time before our flight.

A bit dated. My daughter's bunny was taken accidently into the laundry from her bed during room service and most probably lost forever, but we got apologies and a complimentary breakfast for this incident.

Our room had an amazing view over the Hudson !! We loved the new decor, size of the rooms and all facilities.

I was very disappointed with the first receptionist we met on our arrival. She was extremely rude and unhelpful. When she could not provide me a roll away bed (as promised when I contacted customer services) she said it wasn't her problem and suggested I went elsewhere. NOT A GOOD ADVERT for the hotel. She then gave me a key card for a room that I found had another customers property inside, when I opened the door. When I returned to reception and spoke to another receptionist called Jeanine she was able to micralously find a room to accommodate myself and my 2 daughters, rather than 3 of us share one double bed. She was very helpful and friendly. Shame on the first receptionist who could have very easily ruined our first trip to the States!!!!!

Proximity of the hotel to transport to New-York. Hotel easily accessible from highway. The hotel view to New-York was breathtaking!

Pool not usable. Internet was not working. Bathroom (specifically the shower) was outdated, the shower was a bathtub with curtain.

The property sits on the Hudson overlooking manhattan so the views are incredible. It is also right next to the path train so one stop to the one World Trade Center then you can go anywhere from there. We loved the area it was really safe and the hotel itself was very welcoming the staff were excellent, rooms very spacious they are currently doing some refurb of the lounge area so that will be excellent, the pool is nice we used it a couple of times and the gym is open 24hours. I would definitely recommend to stay here ideal for your NYC holiday we did 9’nights and we loved it here. Easy to catch the train back to airport and to all the sports we saw them all. Brilliant.

Nothing, it is being refurbed in the lounge area there is still a bar and dining it is getting a light makeover will be done soon.

Location was great and the hotel was nice. A couple of the staff were really good. Chipotle, five guys, subway, Starbucks and dunkin within a block or two. The path underground train ($2.90 per ride) is by the hotel entrance. Takes you to the world trade centre (WTC) in 5 minutes. It is then connected to the MTR (subway). Renovations appear to be complete

A few of the staff were not very helpful or overly welcoming, none were rude. The pool and area is usable but needs a really good clean - especially under the radiators by the windows and the tiles at the waterline. The water is slightly salty.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The window faced the harbor, offering a beautiful and open view—especially stunning in the evening. The front desk staff were efficient, and the porter who helped with our luggage was incredibly friendly and polite. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

That said, there are a few areas for improvement. On the day of our check-out, we called to request assistance with our luggage but were told no staff were available at that time. This suggests a possible shortage of manpower during certain hours. Also, the soundproofing could be better—I could hear a baby crying and someone practicing the violin in a neighboring room, which affected the quietness of the stay.

Love the location. Right next to PATH train. Easy going to NY, near restaurants. Love the rooms, clean, big enough to move around, comes with table and sofa. River/city view was amazing. It has a pool which the kids love.

When we arrived, there was no trolley available on the 1st flloor. Only 2 trolleys were available and they were on the 3rd floor. Althought they have a car charger, we can only use the valet, so you pay for the valet and to charhe ypur car. The room did not have a microwave considering that they did not have a restaurant. You have to ask for a microwave to be procided in your room.

Me and my dad spent 7 days at this hotel. We stayed in a double room with two separate beds. It was a great stay. The hotel facilities was as expected from seeing photos beforehand. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was adequate. The TV was large and had several channels. The view from the room was amazing, looking out over the Manhattan skyline. It has a mini fridge. Complimentary water every day. The room had som years on its shoulders, but all in all it felt clean and proper. The location is really good, you have a magnificent view out over Manhattan skyline. Safe and clean neighborhood. 1 min walking to Exchange place subway station, which takes you to World trade center in less than 10 min

One thing that missed in the room was a regular water-boiling machine. The bar area in the lobby / restaurant has a lot of potential, but felt a bit "boring" according to us.

We had been recommended by a friend to stay in Jersey City as a alternative to Manhattan and the Hyatt Regency didn't disappoint. The location of the hotel just on the Hudson was amazing providing fantastic views of the Manhattan skyline from both rooms we had booked. It was also next door to the PATH train station providing easy and quick access to Manhattan. Jersey City was also great with a good selection of restaurants within walking distance of the Hotel a safe feel and a quieter option to the bustle of Manhattan The rooms had recently been renovated and were large and very comfortable with a huge TV, sofa and coffee ,making facilities and provided a great space to chill out at the end of a busy sightseeing day.

Nothing really - but the Hotel was going through renovation (lobby area and Bar and the gym and pool were a little dated) at the time of the visit which we were aware of prior to travel but this is a temporary issue and will be fantastic on completion in early 2025.

The room for 2 adults and 2 children with a king size bed and a large sofa does not match the one shown in the photo. The bed is actually a queen size, and the sofa is completely different - very small and does not fold out. Therefore, for our family, the manager kindly provided us with another room with two double beds for comfortable accommodation. The rooms are renovated with fresh repairs. Clean and comfortable. Daily cleaning. Comfortable beds and large wardrobes. Snow-white towels and bed linen. Convenient varied lighting of the room. Very convenient transport location (nearby metro, tram, ferry). Many restaurants and cafes nearby.

The pool is very small, does not meet expectations.
