We loved the location of the hotel. It was within reasonable walking distance of the Ford Center which hosts all sorts of events. We loved the breakfast options available in the morning. We also truly enjoyed the view from our room. We could see the river from the windows and we really loved that.

We did not like the cost of the room and how there was an incidentals fee that was not disclosed upfront. Only when we were checking in. We also were not fond of the layout of the room. We felt like the designers could have put the space provided for the room to much better use.

The staff that works the breakfast buffet and our initial check in staff were amazing. The jacuzzi tub was awesome!

We needed to split the costs between 2 cards. Apparently this is very, very difficult to do. Although they finally got it done, we're still waiting for the extra $250 charge to be reversed. The GM said it would be done soon, and inferred that Booking.com would handle it. We needed to get going to pick up our kids, so we decided to wait.

I was charge for hidden fees. No one inform me that I didn't have free parking. The staff gave me my room key card and just told me that I can parked across the street in Holiday Inn parking lot. The day I was leaving I was charged $20 and I had another hidden fee for $5 for wifi access. Need to dispute these items.

The breakfast was very good and made even better by Mia, who worked hard and efficiently at making sure everything was clean and everyone was taken care of in a friendly, professional manner. The food and coffee were hot and delicious. The selections of hot and cold were very good. We enjoyed the location of this hotel. The decor was up to date and very clean. Comfortable beds.

Beautiful property and wonderful staff. Even with an issue on our booking the staff was extremely helpful and was able to find and fix our situation for us very quickly. Breakfast was also wonderful and had many options. Also within walking distance to everything and the ford center. Will for sure be visiting this location again!

Location to the Ford center was perfect, staff was great they all had good attitudes and good personalities. All around good stay!

Parking for checkin was rather tight, but that was literally the only complaint. After that, everything was amazing including the guest parking lot.

Your day starts off greeted by the friendly staff and a delicious hot breakfast. The hotel sits by the river and offers beautiful views of the area. Many restaurants are in walking distance. The rooms are big and everything is included in your stay.

Location, clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was the best part. There was a really friendly lady letting us know what was available and made us feel right at home!

Had a river view but there was an electrical/ power pole directly in the view…but still a good view.

Bed was very comfortable and room was clean!!

Had to wait on breakfast to be replenished due to lack of help. But we got tired of waiting and left. Also was told this was waterfront view and we faced a construction site. That was very disappointing!!

Had a really nice stay here. Beds were very comfortable and the location was within walking distance of the river walk and downtown site. Free parking was very nice! All the staff we interacted with was super nice.

The breakfast staff could use more help on the weekends, the poor lady was overworked but gmwas doing her absolute best.
