The location was perfect, quiet, and very clean.

The door to the bathroom was very heavy and slammed behind you. The hook on the door sometimes got you in the back. Not great for someone who moves slowly or is disabled. Also, we like to leave the bathroom light on while we sleep so we can find our way around if we need to get up. With the door being heavy, we had to prop it open. The bed was not very good this time (2nd stay). I tossed and turned all night.

Room was very nice with modern furniture. Check in and check out were quick and efficient, and I appreciated the staff allowing me to park my motorcycle under the canopy for the night.

I wasn't happy that I was told the hotel had overbooked itself and I almost didn't get a room, but I greatly appreciate the clerk for her honesty.

The staff was impeccable!!! When checking in we got the second floor then she realized my mom had a walker so she changed our room to first floor by the door. The bar area was super nice and our bartender was so cool. She made a special drink just for my mom. The room was very clean and the bed so cozy. The rooms come with shampoo to body lotion all dove brand.

The pool was opened but was very cloudy . There was a film on top.

In my room 132 none of the USB ports worked. The entire USB board between the beds didn't work including the plug there. The USB under the TV did not work only the power outlets. Told staff they said maintenance would address it in the morning.

When we checked in late (delayed flights due to weather) the gentleman at the front desk was fantastic!!! Very welcoming and kind!

Had a hard time getting ahold of front desk and kitchen by phone. Daily front desk ladies weren't very friendly.

Manager was great, friendly and nice. Bed was comfy, room was clean.

Fire alarm going off in the morning for a half an hour and then throughout the day. So annoying and jarring to me. That should not happen, people are spending a lot of money, needs to be addressed.

walls are too thin. i could hear people across from me and next to me and above me. only issue and it was minor. will stay again.

Was told that breakfast included by front desk. I even ask later and told the same. Next morning was told not included.

The staff was friendly. It was very quiet and clean. Our room was very spacious.

I was charged $20 more then I was told om bookings. And the body wash dispenser did not work.

Young woman working the front desk was super helpful and allowed me to print items needed for great niece 1st birthday at the front desk since business center printer was not working. I feel like she really went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met.
