The staff was very friendly and the lobby space was warm and inviting. There were many places to sit and relax with family. We traveled for soccer games through my son's team and my daughter stayed behind to study for exams in the lobby area by the fire and felt safe and welcomed. We would definitely stay there again if our travels took us to Noblesville.

One evening while we were there, there was a large wedding party in the lobby at the bar drinking and making a lot of noise. The exceeded the bar area and the lobby area making it difficult to navigate to the elevators with our family.

The staff was excellent. We choose the location because it is within walking distance of Ruhoff. The late night snack option and extended bar hours were fantastic addition since our last stay.

Our room had a few issues. The mini fridge wasn’t cold at all, the wallpaper by the bathroom was peeling, the headboard on one of the beds was noticeably dirty and the toilet was having issues flushing.

Friendly staff, great location. We try not to stay inside the city, so being close was good for activities, but nice and quiet for relaxation.

The flood lights blaring against the hotel were definitely not convenient when trying to sleep. Blinds were drawn but the lights were just so bright the window seemed to glow.

Property was beautiful and very clean. Restaurant is nice. Lobby is gorgeous. Free happy hour.

Like I said the property was great. The free breakfast was amazing. Pretty much anything you wanted was available and they made to order omelettes. The room was small and bathroom was huge and room was clean. However, I booked a double Queen bed room a month in advance and when I got there they only had a king bed room available. That was not what I paid for and was not offered any discount, just extra linens. For $365 for the night, that was disappointing. Staff was pleasant.

Nice staff and room. We really appreciated the water we were given at check-in. Also, really enjoyed the proximity to Ruoff. We were able to walk there instead of waiting in the long lines and paying to park.

Shower was extremely slippery and the scent of the soap/shampoo were too strong for me (scents are a migraine trigger for me).

I didn't like how the booking.com description said a two bedroom suite but the property only had one bedroom suites. The property showed me on their website that they were only advertising one bedroom suites. The property also claimed they could not control what booking.com put on their website. It appears that booking.com does not take any responsibility for they're false or incorrect advertising

Convenient location to the interstate and lots of stores.

The ice water with fruit in the lobby was frequently out and never refilled. Also, complimentary coffee was not available in the lobby. As much as is charged for the stay, coffee in the lobby would have been nice. Coffee in the room is not the same.

Great stay in Noblesville! We were on the 7th floor facing south and got to watch several fireworks displays from our room.

Perhaps it was because we were on the 7th floor, but it took several minutes for the water to get hot in the shower or the sink.

We didn't eat breakfast. We really just slept there. Room was very nice, very clean. Only thing I was looking for was a laundry room for guests.

I looked for a laundry room for guests and didn't see one. That's the only thing I needed.

Breakfast was fantastic and location was perfect to walk to the music venue and various restaurants

Hotel price was tremendously inflated due to concerts, had to call and ask 4 separate times for more towels, shower head was poor and the bed comforter had stains on it.
