1. First and foremost the quality of food!! We loved it. Specially if you are traveling with kids, I cannot recommend enough. Loads of variety, very tasty. Healthy options available but I am sure you are coming to vacation for the unhealthy but tasty stuffs 😅 2. Loads of pool activity and kids pool have slides and variety of items that will keep the little ones occupied and make their stay fun. 3. The stuffs are super kind, warm and welcoming. 4. Prime location, super close to bus stand. On beach. Super clean and clear beach. 5. Many massage therapist are just over the beach in front of the hotel. If you like sunbathed body massage, the quality and convenient is unparalleled

1. NO WIFI at rooms, they say they have but not really. Only in lobby. Don’t expect to come and here and work remotely. Your option is to go to the Starbucks which is opposite to the hotel. If working remotely is your plan, this is NOT THE HOTEL. 2. The kids club is basic. The person in charge of it have other responsibilities too and most of the times she is unavailable also it gets closed at 2pm unlike advertised to be closed at 5pm. 3. The hotel is old, like quite old so everything including room, elevator are on older side. Works fine but lacks the fresh touch. 4.Air condition at max speed is also low for my taste.

Not enough beach chairs

Amazing suite with a sea view and right on the beach.. Very clean. Staff were very helpful. I loved most things about it and would stay again. Good value for all inclusive.

The food was not great. Not enough traditional mexican, too much western stodgy food. A bit noisy at dinner time with loud music blasting so no quiet evening meal.

See view. We lived in a 12 floor. We didn’t had any problem with sound from outside and with elivator. Maybe because we lived during week. Very nice girls on recepción, and all staff was nice. Food and drinks is ok, never was hungry. Good room, had everything that we need. Good location.

Wifi very bad. Easier to say that on this hotel no wifi. Very small swiming pool for adult people.

Breakfast was decent, had everything you can ask for. The only problem, most of the items were same every morning.

The problem at this hotel was that there was only one elevator working out of 3...Also the wi-fi very weak at high levels ( we stayed at 10 floor-- bad wi-fi. Also, no fridge in the room and if you wanted ice you had to go to the bar, downstairs...just few examples.

It's a nice hotel and has a great beach position, it is of course being repaired after the devastating hurricane but the staff have done their very best
