The hotel is located about a 20-minute walk from central places in the city. The hotel is pleasant, clean and sufficient for a stay of a few days. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is good. The hotel staff is extremely kind and charming and helped us with everything we needed, including booking attractions, booking taxis and any other matter. Mainly would like to mention the charming and devoted Dream, Bright and Joey. Thanks a lot guys

The place is very easy to travel to other places that I plan to visit. There is a little problem with the parking lot, but with the small car that I have rented, it was not much a trouble. (My driving skill is quite poor even though I have been driving for years.) However, I haven't had breakfast at the hotel because my friends always brought me outside to eat somewhere else, So, I can't rate that part.

The air is easy to flow into the toilet area. For someone who feels cold easily, that is a bit troublesome. I have to turn off the air conditioner for a few minutes before taking a bath. But overall, everything is fine for me.

Ease of doing everything, from checking in to cleaning the room every day, the excellent breakfast each morning. I’d definitely choose Ibis Styles again.

I think front office staff need to improve English.

The Breakfast was adequate as all the facilities, plenty of taxis available, on the edge of town but plenty of local eating places, the swimming pool was small but nice for a sit in the sun.

Asked for early check in after long flight arrived at 10 am room not ready after it was agreed at time of booking, had to insist on temp room until 2pm all ok after that.

Location was good and close to lot of good spots. I visited temples (Wat sing phra and doi suthep), zoo and took a tour of Doi Inthanon. Hotel staff was very helpful and they helped me book the tour package which was cheaper as compared to agents. Breakfast was also delicious !!

Everything works - always good when you want a bit of certainty such as the day before a flight, Useful to have the airport shuttle which works fine and for 200 baht . The minibus hits the airport through the northern access road at the top of the runway so it's not as far as you might think. Interesting Korean mini-bottles of wine just around the corner - plus mini night market at the back of the hotel.

More options. It was mainly Asian style breakfast. Also a little far from the city walls. But the red bus is convenient.
