staff were so friendly and willing to help, especially Ahmad. the hotel was conveniently located near the tram stop. staff were willing to give us their metro card to easily access public transport. the breakfast was delicious with lots of variety.

our room was a bit small for 3 people with 3 large suitcases. our wifi didn’t work inside our room.

There was a Saturday night which they called Musical night. They invited all hotel guests to that event in the hotel restaurant ,we called beforehand to know the situation and if we need to pay for anything ; they didn't tell us that there is a package which costs 160 euro for 2 persons. they said whatever you order you will pay the price however the table was already set with multiple appretizers and the meal was fixed for everyone which was of a poor quality and very expensive.

The location of Levni Hotel was great for what we were wanting to do in Istanbul. It was easy to get around everywhere just by walking to our destination. All the main attractions were within easy walking distance. The only thing that was not under the control of the hotel was that the roads were being repaired which was both noisy and dirty a little down the road from the hotel. The breakfast was amazing. Nothing was too difficult to be done by any of the staff. Our room was nice and very comfortable and we had a view of the Bosporus which was a bonus. We could see the cruiseliners and boats in the harbor. Very beautiful. Would definitely recommend Levni Hotel to anyone for an Istanbul visit and would also book again ourselves. Absolute must stay! Would definitely come again The location was amazing - walking distance from everything you want to see. Guest relations manager Nural is an absolute gem. He is hands on and very helpful. Staff is very polite. Not as noisy as the other hotels nearby. Breakfast is pretty decent. Spa facilities and lady working there is very pleasant. Levni will see me again 🤌🏻

Hotel arranged a taxi for us to the airport we ended up waiting 30 minutes and just arranged to get an Uber as the taxi guy kept on saying two minutes - and time wasn’t on our side as we needed to catch a flight. Would suggest the hotel making use of another taxi service provider maybe. Other than that I don’t have anything that I didn’t like. All was good!

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast was awesome and slightly different every day. I made sure not to miss it. The room was spacious with good amenities. The spa had nice amenities too. The hotel is located very close to all the main attraction points which made our stay very pleasant. The hotel has a cat called Isabelle and she’s very friendly!

The fact that a spa access costs 10€/person. I believe it should be included, or reduced to <5€ at the very least. I was planning on enjoying a bit of sauna everyday during our stay but it would have equated to a whopping 140€. We only used the spa once together and on the last day my wife was granted a free spa access while we waited for our late flight, which was appreciated.

I recently stayed at this beautiful hotel at the centre of old Istanbul and I had a fantastic experience. The view from the veranda on the top was stunning, and the atmosphere in the hotel was incredibly relaxing. The staff were super friendly and always willing to help, making my stay even more enjoyable, every time we were passing by the reception we were having a chat and i am missing everyone already! Ahmad from the reception was so helpful, on the first day explained and recomended places to visit and organised a tour for us, Ahmad drew his own map for us with directions which were extremely helpful! Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of food options. We loved our spa experience with hamam at the hotel too! Location of the hotel is perfect for sightseeing, you can just walk and explore! If you need to travel by metro it is just outside of the hotel! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a wonderful getaway!"

The hotel is located perfectly in the centre and everything is in a short walking distance. Our room was super spacious, stunningly decorated and absolutely immaculate, it was cleaned every single morning of our stay. The breakfast spread was very varied and tasty. The pool and spa lighting, temperature and aromas make such a nice and relaxing atmosphere, pretty much every time we went down it was only us in there which was bliss. The main highlight about this hotel is by far the incredibly helpful, attentive and kind staff! There really was nothing that was too much for them from running over to open the doors for us whenever we entered or exited the hotel, helping us to book trips, provide us with anything we needed at any time and just their genuine kind warmness was something we've never experienced at another hotel anywhere in the world before, they truly made us feel like royalty and were absolutely the best part of our trip, thank you so much!

My only slight niggle is that on a couple of occasions the stuff that was supposed to be kept warm in the Bain Marie's/hot plates at the breakfast buffet was cold but that's me being completely nit picky!

Very helpful and nice personnel. Very good location to the main sights. I was offered a cake and dessert for my birthday from the hotel staff and a lady from reception (very sorry that I forgot the name) and also room was upgraded due to some issues with the lock of ours. The hotel team made their best for my day. Thank you!

However some reparation is necessary in the rooms, e.g. we had very low water pressure in the shower of the suite room, the air conditioner was not working well in both rooms that were booked (in one was heating a lot and in the other was too cold).

Staying at Hotel Levni was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, the staff’s warm welcome made me feel right at home. The breakfast was a highlight—so fresh and delicious, with plenty of local options to try. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, just a short walk to top attractions like the Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia, and the Blue Mosque. After a day of exploring, the spa was pure bliss. The traditional Turkish bath was a perfect way to relax and recharge. Everything about this hotel—from the excellent service to the cozy yet elegant atmosphere—was flawless. I can’t wait to come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul!

The location is amazing and the hotel is great! the rooftop has amazing views and the breakfast spread was large and offered many different things for all walks of life. The spa is also amazing and I am shocked not many people were taking advantage of the spa, beautifully built! great staff an housekeeping is friendly and helpful! rooms are a great size and my room was cleaned 1-2x a day. loved the smell of the hallways and everything was always in pristine condition. would 100% stay again.
