During my recent holiday in Istanbul, I had a fantastic experience at the Levni Hotel, which is conveniently located in the city centre. Our rooms were spacious, modern, and well-equipped, while the bathrooms were spotless and up-to-date. I was pretty anxious travelling with my young kids for the first time, but as soon as I stepped into the Levni Hotel, all my worries melted away. They truly made us feel at home. The staff, from the reception to housekeeping, were surprisingly friendly and always willing to help. Their readiness to answer my questions significantly enhanced our stay. Breakfast featured many dishes, including delicious made-to-order omelettes that my children couldn’t get enough of. Chef Kamal prepared something special daily, making it a top-notch breakfast experience. Thank Ahmad, the Guest Relations Officer, for his exceptional service. His dedication and attention to detail made my experience more enjoyable, ensuring our holiday was effortless and relaxing. The swimming pool and spa were a fantastic bonus, adding even more value to our getaway. In short, I can’t recommend this hotel enough—it’s a fantastic choice for anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the heart of Istanbul.

We loved the hotel and its location. The staff were incredibly friendly. We loved our room with fantastic views over the Bosphorus. We also liked being given a large bottle of water every day. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. I’ve never seen a whole honeycomb on offer before. After a day of sightseeing the pool was incredibly welcome and we had it to ourselves every time. The shower in the pool changing room was also excellent.

The only thing we didn’t like was the quality of internet. When working it was very slow, but it also frequently stopped working.

Thad a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect - central, yet quiet, and ideal for exploring the city. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety and fresh options - a great way to start the day. I especially want to highlight the staff: everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. A big thank you to Ahmed, who always had a smile on his face and took care of everything. His service was outstanding - attentive, warm, and professional. He truly made me feel welcome. I will definitely be coming back!

staff were so friendly and willing to help, especially Ahmad. the hotel was conveniently located near the tram stop. staff were willing to give us their metro card to easily access public transport. the breakfast was delicious with lots of variety.

our room was a bit small for 3 people with 3 large suitcases. our wifi didn’t work inside our room.

Great location, amazing staff, food buffet in the morning has lots of options. Dinner on the rooftop was also nice with excellent views. The hotel staff is very attentive knowing our family by name and was even kind enough to lend an umbrella to my parents so we only had to purchase one in the heavy rain!

Should be listed that the pool is actually part of the spa and if you wish to use you need to pay an additional charge per day to use it.

There was a Saturday night which they called Musical night. They invited all hotel guests to that event in the hotel restaurant ,we called beforehand to know the situation and if we need to pay for anything ; they didn't tell us that there is a package which costs 160 euro for 2 persons. they said whatever you order you will pay the price however the table was already set with multiple appretizers and the meal was fixed for everyone which was of a poor quality and very expensive.

It was a pity the fitness room was not fully operational however we appreciated the staff's responsiveness in trying to repair one of the treadmills.

Is a lovely quiet hotel( that is not so common on the European Side) walking distance from all the famous sites and because is over a hill and close to a police station is apart from the busy city. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The airco functioned perfectly all though unfortunately we had to leave it on while we toured as if we didn't the room was too warm very fast. We also enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was nice. Staff was very kind and smily. The Restaurant in the Rooftop is amazing and has gorgeous views but a bit expensive.

There is an app that never really worked. I requested body cream as it mentions in the app and somehow was not clear for anyone that I needed it. Also they say please request anything and we requested a taxi to pick us up. The taxi never came and took us almost 2 hours to figure out how to leave the airport. We contacted the Hotel through Booking for this as well as for whatsapp and we got a confirmation and then no cancellation or information. They shouldn't offer this option if it's not possible 24 hours.
