Fabulous hotel, very spacious, lovely gardens and pool complex (towels provided), large room (included a sofa) with coffee machine, beds large and very comfortable. Restaurants served good food at reasonable prices, terrific bar area, superb breakfast buffet. Bus stops (C1 and C2) close by. 15 minute walk over Barqueta bridge to pick up C4. Taxis usually outside (was 5/ euro to Almeda de Hercules) Located in the same area as the theme park Isla Magica. Really liked the late check out time of 12pm - was still able to enjoy the facilities, and it made the wait for the journey home quite civilised. It felt like the hotel paid a lot of attention to detail. We were blown away and would not hesitate to recommend it.

Nothing we didn't like just a few observations. Hotel doesn't sell bus passes. If you want a 3 day pass there is a Tabac on Calle Calatrava on way to A. de Hercules. It was a bit of a trek to walk out of an evening (a good 20 odd minutes to Hercules where there are lots of bars and restaurants) and back, but we got used to it and did use the bus depending on where we were and plenty of other guests were using taxis. But being located a little further out gives more space and better facilities.

You can't fault the comfort and facilities. Spacious room, modern, well-equipped. Good cafe and nice pool (though the main outdoor pool only opened on our last day). All you would expect from a good class hotel.

For me, the hotel is a bit soulless and cavernous. The atrium with the rooms in a tier of circles above it is a nice idea architecturally, but the noise drifts up and sound insulation in the rooms isn't great - I could hear neighbours on both sides and from above. Staff were helpful but on occasions indifferent and one receptionist seemed to take pleasure in saying requests were not possible. Big price hike on the last night because football teams were in town. Location on the opposite side of the river from the town is awkward - a good 45 minutes walk to the main sites

Large room and bathroom. Wonderful, varied breakfast. At first we had a problem with the room offered, several things didn't work. The hotel staff responded quickly after our complaint, offered us to choose from other rooms. After that we also received a very nice gesture from the hotel - wine and chocolate covered strawberries. It looks like they care about the guest experience, which is wonderful. The hotel is a bit out of the centre, but there are good transport links, trails and walking, about 15-20 minutes' walk.

Overall, I would not say that the hotel is a 5-star hotel, you can feel that many things are worn out and need to be replaced. It should be noted that not all pools are available for children, but I didn't find such information on the Booking page. Although the hotel grounds are spacious, there is no children's playground or children's playroom. It is very strange that they ask you to pay for the hotel through a link in the messages, when other hotels have been able to charge my card for bookings. I was forced to check this with Booking before making the payment, as they usually warn you not to pay through links.

Great hotel for families. Heated pool, is the winner. which was both indoor & Outdoor. Kids had a fab time. There is a sunbathing area and you are provided with towels. The hotel is right next to the theme park and we walked over to visit that one day. The hotel is great, but bigger than i expected. The room was very comfy, and has everything we needed. but maybe slightly smaller than id expected. Breakfast was lovely, good quality food lots of choice. Huge lobby area where you can sit in evenings for drinks. They also had a shuttle bus on into town as it was Holy week. All the staff we spoke to were very nice & helpful.

At Breakfast bigger glasses for water/Juice. Also as a hotel good for families with lots of kids, provide more simple juice options.... like apple please. Hotel fab, no complaints but i didn't really get the 5* factor. Def felt like a cross between a family hotel & a conference hotel which is what is is.

we hav had everything and much more. We probably did not use half of the hotel amenities. We spent two days mainly sightseeing Seville historic landmarks. We were lucky to be there during the famous Féria de Abrile festival and enjoy unbelievable atmosphere and energy of the Andalusian people. Therefore, we didn’t spend much time in the hotel and didn’t use the gym or the pool which was available. Breakfast is amazing, highly recommended The hotel is huge. Loads of space and different designated areas, restaurants and hidden corners

Rooms were nice, they had good aircon, breakfast buffet was good too. There is an adults only pool as well as a family pool so good for many groups of people.

The cocktail bar was closed when we went. And unfortunately there is only one restaurant for dinner, and no buffet style dining for dinner. But that wasn’t much of an issue as you can get a £6 taxi into the centre of Seville to get a proper dinner or get something delivered to the hotel so it’s not a real issue

The hotel was beautiful. The pool area was so nice, and although there were a few people around it wasnt too busy. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, there was a huge selection of food and beverages available. The hotel is a bit out from the centre. On our first night of arrival we got a taxi into the centre and this cost €5. After we had gotten our bearings we realised there was a scooter rank across the road so we got around on scooters for the rest of our stay and that was great fun.

The staff weren't very helpful or friendly for that matter. They were courteous at all times but not in the least bit interested in having a conversation or even giving us advice. The room we stayed in was lovely but literally one tea bag and one coffee pot per person per day in the room. It felt a bit mean considering the prices charged to stay in the hotel - its not cheap - so you would expect a little bit of extras. Everything seems to have been measured out to give the minimum.
