Large room with comfortable bed and ok breakfast. Hotel was well located near shopping, restaurants, and tourist sites. The room was mostly very quiet except for a few nights of partiers outside our window. Paid parking was very convenient in the hotel basement with a discount provided by the hotel but only a limited number of spaces available.

No control over room temperature was very annoying. We received unpleasant periodic food smells through our room ventilation system. Breakfast was mediocre in quality and was very busy at times.

The mountain and water view from our room was amazing! The room is very big, so is the bed, and comfortable! The old Town and shopping area is within walking distance. This is a beautiful hotel.

No coffee in the room😢 Also underground parking is very expensive. We parked our motorbike outside in front of the hotel which was fine.

Stayed here back in Aug 2018 and decided to book again for two nights in June 2025. Had a pleasant experience for both stays. For the latest one, I booked a Double Room, which could in fact accommodate my family of four (2 adults and 2 young kids). During the check in, they upgraded me to a Triple Room for free. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and toilet was a luxury (comes with a jacuzzi tub). Breakfast spread was good as well. Hotel was also located centrally and within walking distance to the sights and shopping districts. If you are driving, take note they have an underground carpark on the same side of the hotel (just further down the road). The open space carpark is way more expensive.

This hotel is fantastic ! The rooms are huge and everything is of excellent quality. The reception staff are very helpful and pleasant . The underground car park is secure and accessible from the hotel by lift . The breakfast is great value for money at 12 euros and there is everything you can imagine to eat … savoury and sweet, healthy or indulgent ! It’s in a very central position but well insulated so not disturbed at all from the city noise . Our room overlooked the river and park … lovely !

The restaurant was disappointing … it’s advertised as gastronomic but fell a long way short. The pictures on the website bore no resemblance to what we were served and there were two items unavailable . Insufficient explanations by staff waiting on .

The staff were all friendly, competent, responsive and prompt. The room was spacious, clean, well-equipped, and positioned in the hallway and away from the elevator as I requested. The breakfast was excellent with innumerable selections. The location was walkable to the Old Town and the most popular shopping areas.

I was disappointed in the spa. The jets in the pool did not consistently work. I would have stayed longer had they operated properly. Thus, the spa was not worth the fee I paid to use it.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, offering stunning views of the river, nearby park, and surrounding mountains—a truly picturesque setting. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a huge room with one double bed and two single beds, giving us plenty of space to relax and unwind. A big plus was the underground parking—spacious and very convenient, making our arrival and departure completely hassle-free. The beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes.

Location perfect for walking around town and exploring the riverfront as well as shopping district. We did half board, so had buffet breakfast (with made to order omelettes, mimosas, pastries, coffee, everything you could want!) and dinner (order off the menu, 3 courses) included. Dinner service was great and the setting modern and lovely. Drinks were not included with the half board, but the recommended local wine, which was great, was only 17.50 euro for a bottle. We had a family room for 3. It was large and overlooked the river. Parking was conveniently located under the hotel and was 16.50 euro per night. The common areas of this hotel have all been remodeled and are hip and upscale. Absolutely recommend!

Nothing to complain about!

Then hotel location is perfect to a short break as we were walking distance to the old part the town. Our room faced the river, a park and the mountains beyond so we had a very relaxing view. The beds were extremely comfortable! I found at first that the breakfast was a bit pricy but it was really delicious and varied. They even had omelettes made to order and bubbly for mimosas. But my absolutely favourite thing was the restaurant in the hotel. Everything was perfect. The standard was extremely high and therefore cheap for what they offered. We had dinner at the hotel more often than not. Alcohol super cheap, particularly if you are coming from London. They sell veuve by the glass for 11 euros. Unheard of! And of course, the whole staff, from room to reception to restaurant and bar, sweetest most accommodating prople. Definitely coming back!

I had to think really hard on something to complain about, but if I have to say something negative would be they have limited collection of spirits. We are tequila (100% Agave) fans and whatever they had in stock wasn't it. We also appreciate a hand crafted margarita with fresh lime etc, but then I accept that we are asking too much. I would not remove any star from our experience though because this is a very subjective matter.

The spa is good , sauna , jacuzzi, you need to pay but its not expensive And massage by Christina is the Best, she is good massage until i fall a sleep. The room is quit big , the bed its large .. the breakfast is good .. The hotel is nearby from everywhere, restaurant and shopping center , had parking just in front of the hotel but you need to pay 24 €/ Day. I love andorra , i love this hotel i would love to come back here ... I recomended this hotel .

No sleeper in the hotel , no bathrobe/peignoir so even in the spa no sleeper for spa ??. Its too bad .

A very nice hotel on the river, with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and a 4-minute walk from the main center in Andorra (where the street goes left into ‘old town’ and right into the shopping district). The hotel has access to an underground parking (for a fee, part of which the hotel subsidizes), has a nice restaurant for breakfast and dinner, and a spa with thermal water. The rooms are big and the bathroom has a bathtub. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable (special thanks to Filip!). Andorra is adorable!
